Ratings between fast food restaurants are similar. We all expect predictability and consistency. Unfortunately this location has violated the McDonald’s standards. I ordered a combo consisting of a burger, fries and drink. The combo arrived with cold fries. The end pieces that is normally shoved into the trash was sold to me. The burger arrived from the short trip of kitchen to first table in restaurant with the patty and lettuce had slide out of the bun. The bun was so stale that it was cracking and breaking into separate pieces. Shame on this location to violate this company’s reputation.

Just Me
Ordered a filet O’fish combo with sweet tea amongst other things and was very disappointed. Filet O’fish pattie flatter than a regular burger patty and dried up. Cheese super yellow cold and rubbery bread flat and hard, fries cold and sweet tea not sweet. Nuggets luke warm and hard. Threw it all away and now in Cane’s drive thru. I don’t want anything free I just want this location to do better. The line is already despicable there all the time so at least let the freshness of the food be worth the wait.
