First the last at the cashier was fighting with a customer being embarking , she helped us with an attitude like the previous customers argument was our fault . Then we got frappes and got not the correct portions . All were super low and mostly filled with whipped cream , I asked if it was the correct portions and the young girl just looked at me lost . I had placed a mobile order for a large iced coffee. When I got to the location to pick up the employee gave me a medium coffee. When I told him this is not the right size he proceeded to then say it’s a large and walked away.

When I asked the cashier for a cup of water for me and my brother nephew who is 8 years old the cashier replied we don’t have water at our fountain station… I said alright and walked away! Ive been in the restaurant business for over a decade and anyone else who has known that is against policy and code to not have water for customers… I am very disappointed in the service and the way we were treated…. Moments like these ads up and are what cause the brand to lose its value over time and cause it to become just another fast food place instead of McDonald’s….

Waited 20 mins after they made me use the kiosk with the locator. They wouldn’t take my order at the counter. Then I had to go back to the counter because they won’t take my food to the table? Why use the locators if you are to lazy to use them.

I was at the McDonalds, and I saw that the manager Aubrey was very rude to a non-english speaking client. She turned away from the client and left her talking to herself, this is no way to treat a customer and sets a bad precedent for regular employees if a manager is doing that.
