Everytime I come here I get disappointed. You go to lane 1 to order and by the time they even get to you 8 cars pass you on the right. They always forget meals and yet dont want to fix the order either. Very disappointing how much they skimp out on our food. My sons kidsmeal fries came with literally only 6 fries. And my basket of fries was half full. They dont listen to the sauces you want and they walk away while you’re mid conversation with them. So much worst has happened everytime I go but today was the final straw. Just very annoying service.

Me and my friend went in the morning for breakfast, and we placed mobile orders for table service. I received my food fast; however, my friend waited about 10 minutes before we realized multiple people had come in, ordered, and received their food. She went to the counter to check on the food, and the service took about 5 minutes before someone helped her. Speaking to the manager, she had an attitude talking to my friend, saying her order wasn’t placed… The receipt with everything ordered was shown to her with the order number. The manager continued to tell my friend that the system wasn’t showing her order with a very nasty attitude. She made the food for my friend but got the order wrong multiple times in an annoyed mood. I corrected her mistakes because, at this point, my friend was tired of telling her the correct order. She ended up yelling at me from the kitchen!! Terrible attitude and unprofessional customer service… I understand the stress that happens when it’s a breakfast rush, but with the drive-thru being completely empty and it being only me and my friend in the store, I expected better.

Ordered a sausage and egg biscuit WITH cheese, however what I got was a biscuit with ONLY cheese and they charged me .79 cents extra for screwing up the order. Like come on. This is not the first time, I stop here every day going to work and this is the 4th massive order screw up in a WEEK.

This is the slowest unorganized McDonalds I have seen in awhile. They really need to be retrained on how to provide customer service, from inital greeting to having food on time. It’s crazy how you order online get an time and still wait 15 minutes after to receive your food. It starts at the top from management which are not great andn they don’t teach there staff any better. You can just bet I won’t ever be back

Customer service was very rude and after having to repeat my order 4 times because the lady was not listening. My order was inevitably wrong and I was told I couldn’t add to my order at the window and had to get back in line. I went inside instead as there was no one inside, the employees proceeded to walk past me multiple times until I asked for service to add a coke and medium fry. Something simple and fast that could’ve been taken care of at the window, now had me have to go inside and still wait another 10 minutes for a drink and fry. Most popular items and it was a hassle to get them. Also only a few employees seemed to speak solid English which added to the miscommunication sadly. Not worth the hassle going to this location

Went in just for coffee and got home with old burnt coffee the it taste like it been sitting for a while. So went back told them about it so they gave me two new coffee again got home they where either decaf or just water down. Didn’t taste good at all. When they first open they were on top of there game now they just don’t care.

The place was jam packed with rude middle/high schoolers who crowded the counter so you couldn’t even hear or see when they called your number. The kids were out of control cursing at the employees who were just trying to do their work. Took over 40 minutes to get my order of a basket of fries and large coke. After I asked about my order it still took a while for me to get it. I mean it’s McDonald’s so if that’s what you’re trying to eat just don’t come in at school start or end time cause it’s ridiculous.

This location has been awful since they opened and it’s only gotten worse. Staff is super rude, orders are always wrong, and apparently the smoothie machine is never working. the one time I finally got to order a smoothie, they literally sold me a medium smoothie that was 2/3 of the way full instead of just telling me the machine wasn’t working properly. It also just tasted like sugar ice, did not taste like strawberry banana at all.

The employees are rude! The lady that took my order and gave me the reciept comes to me while I’m waiting for my order and snatches the receipt out of my hand and says that is not my order ,that I haven’t paid for my order and that I have to pay, when she was the one who took my order and gave me the receipt. She doesn’t even apologize after she realized she was wrong.
