I literally ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, and when I got home, they had mayo, lettuce, & TONS OF ONIONS (which I had ordered no onions)… I’m constantly let down by this McDonald’s. I’ve talked to the manager and his excuse is “they’re high school students.” That’s no excuse. I am constantly faced with bad service, constantly having to “wait in the parking spots” for 2 burgers, and wrong orders. Get it together McDonald’s.

Spent 20 minutes in the drive through trying to order our food. The lady kept getting our order wrong. Then she finally got the order right. I paid for my order also trying to use the rewards app. She could not get that right so we just skipped using my rewards. We finally got our food only realizing half of it was missing. I then did not feel like going through the hassle of trying to explain the situation because the manager Rosie is the same lady I had a issue with in the driveway. I just repurchased the other half off my order again. Extremely disappointed and unsatisfied.

This place is trash, wasted 25 minutes of my life in the drive through for a mobile order. Get my food and my fries are old not fresh and cold. They forget my dipping sauces told the worker and she kind of made of rude face. Oh I’m sorry you don’t know how to read and do your job. The drive through line was super long due to workers being lazy and messing up orders.

The workers are always so rude! They shut everything down 40 min early. When I went through the drive-thru all the lights were off. I sat there about 4 min to see if they’d uphold their listed hrs. It wasn’t until another car pulled up to the other speaker that she decided to greet me. With attitude too, shocker. I understand wanting to leave work but 40 min early?? Come on, and then to ignore customers.

Ordered Mcdelivery through the app and it took 1 hour to arrive. I ordered hotcakes and sausage and they forgot the sausage, ordered frappe but they called and said the machine was down after I already paid for the order. I also ordered big breakfast with hotcakes which was the only correct item in my $30 order but they didn’t send utensils, syrup or butter, ordered lg OJ but they sent orange fanta soda. Very disappointed with the whole order, how hard is it to pay attention to detail, management needs to step up more.

This is the worst McDonald’s. Horrible customer service and obviously by all the horrible reviews here the manager doesn’t care or steps would be taken to correct the issues. This location is always slow to get orders out. It’s very disappointing to wait forever in drive-through because the lobby is always closed just to receive cold fries in your order. I would definitely recommend any other location.

This McDonald’s is close to me, so I go here a lot but lately they have been lacking in customer service, also they don’t pay attention to what I order, I ask for a sprite but end up getting a power aid, they also forget stuff that I ordered, they really need to step it up.

Made a delivery order today and they delivered it to the wrong adress was able to get the food luckily but was missing my 2 large iced coffee and I order 1 hic and 1 fanta they where both fanta so I had to drink soda which j hate btw. I’m vary upset because this is the 3 time with this place.
