The lady who took our order over charged us and charged us for items we didn’t want and when we asked her about it she had an attitude. We first ordered 3 plain burgers and we switched our mind to 1 burger and she even repeated the order to us but when we got to the window and saw the three burgers were charged and asked her why she had the balls to say “then why did you say three?”…. like not only did you repeat back to us what we said but you have an attitude about a mistake? and when we got home and looked more on the receipt we saw that we did in fact tell her the changes but instead of getting rid of the prior order she added the changes on top of that and made us spend an extra $10. I hope the manager sees this and speaks to the lady working the window at 5:30. I believe her name is Sidel. you can see the receipt and proof that we told her what we wanted changed because she charged us for ALL of it not just what we wanted in the end. disappointing.

Ordered a Biscuit, egg and bacon sandwich. The Bacon was old and stunk so bad I didn’t take one bite. When I took it back to the manager she would not even talk to me. Instead she told one of the counter lady’s to help me. This lady told me nothing could be done and went back to work. They didn’t try to help me or refund my money. I would never go back to the McDonald on Sawdust Rd in the Woodlands. Bad food and bad management.

Used to be our favorite McDonald’s, but something has changed and I believe it is the employees. Fries were always hot and fresh. Burgers were better than any other McDonald’s because they were also hot and fresh. Yesterday’s meal was the worst McDonald’s we have had and for the price it was horrible. So I guess our close McDonald’s will go to the bottom of our list for now.

Bumped up prices and rude service. Went in there the other day and the female manager who often works morning tried telling me they had sausage McMuffins with egg, but not the sausage McMuffin without egg. Obviously that makes serious sense and it was problematic when I challenged the absurd statement. Now today, I’m literally short 2 cents on my coffee due to not grabbing the correct change on way in. I know, my fault, but what I didn’t deserve was her ignoring my question of if she wanted to go back to my car for 2 cents. Went to car and got. Last coffee I’ll be buying from this location. I go here everyday for coffee and think I deserved at least a “sorry, we really can’t accept it without the remaining 2 cents” I get it. Rules are rules. What I don’t deserve is the attitude. I’ll just go down the road to the close McDonald’s and pay their cheaper places. Not worth the 2 minutes of driving it saves me to come to this one
