Today was the first time I’ve ever had bad service that’s why I’m giving it a two star, but my gosh when someone pays for 20 nuggets and there’s 7 in one box and 8 in the other, that’s ridiculous!! Asked for bbq sauce and got none. One inside at the first window was picking his face so I pulled up to the next window and felt like I was bothering them. Do better McDonald’s… hire people who can actually count and have manners.

This McDonald’s is fast and relatively accurate with orders. But actually getting condiments is like pulling teeth. I want ketchup with my fries. I want bbq sauce with my mcnuggets. I shouldn’t have to beg for it and have eyes rolled at me for expecting it. What psychopath eats their mcnuggets and fries dry? Please be more forthcoming with the condiments and I’ll change this to a 5 star review.

This lady ignored me at the box so I drive up. She then refused to take my order because “the timer”. I went around and she laughed about “not playin wit you today”. I just wanted breakfast. Took a photo to show her boss and she said she was going to run my plates at HPD because she’s a cop?! Then she took my photo because I violated her civil rights? We’re both in public! If I can’t take a photo of soemone threatening me why can she take a photo of me? The weirdest most insane encounter I’ve ever had. Go to the Starbucks nearby. They’re faster and not crazy when you ask them to do their job.
