We ordered a combo and asked it to be large. They give us a medium drink and fries are like not even full. When I told the girl at window, she got all upset! She told us to wait in front parking space for our drink. Never came out so I had to go ask for it. Girl seemed even madder because I asked why fries were not full. She grabbed bag from me and yelled “Enrique!” Very unprofessional. They have like 10- 15 Hispanic people in back working. McDonald’s needs to hire English speaking people because I had to repeat myself to her several times and she to me. Never apologized or said thank you. Just pushing stuff at me, I guess trying to get me out of there. I by no means am racist, but when you get treated like that after they don’t speak or understand English well enough, it’s completely rude!

So apparently if you order curbside for somebody who is drunk and they are not here and when they walk up to you they asked you hey what is the order you telling the order and they tell you oh well they’re not here on location so I can’t have it for you. So I asked the guy at McDonald’s who’s supposedly the manager if I’m drunk if I’m coming up here because you won’t let somebody pick up my food on the curbside are you going to pay for my DWI all he said was I’m an hourly employee. I got news for this guy I am a manager myself and I would definitely be on celery and it doesn’t matter he was making hand gestures and stuff towards me very unprofessional corporate I hope you see this that guy just definitely not need to be a manager at this establishment.

This place is terrible. They cannot get an order right. Finally called after several times of missing items. The manager was to take care of but never followed through. Fries are always cold. Food is terrible. Definitely better places to grab a burger in this area.

Hi Good afternoon. Im witing this review because I experienced something so bad this morning when I ordered 2 Fraps with No whip cream through the drive thru. When I pulled up to get my order, the lady at window asked me to pull up to park on space #4 – which I did with no problem. This was at 8:25a. Saw about 10-20 cars go thru with their meal. At about 8:38a I questioned what was going on. One person walks up with another order that she thought was for me. I pulled out receipt and handed to her. She walks inside. Never came back out. I then after another 10 mins. I pulled around drive thru to get order. The lady seemed to have something against me but handed me my order. Without a care in the world. Hurts to see individuals act in such a way toward customers. I almost got hit, yelled during the whole ordeal. It as a nightmare i want no one to have to go through. Just thought id share the horrific experience at the McDonalds on Rayford Rd attached to gas station. Just want to say humanity has gotten to its lowest point with certain individuals.

At this restaurant, I placed a drive-thru order for food. The back of the building was filled with food and water runoff, which gave out a foul smell. I handed the young man my card at the drive-thru pay window and as I waited for him to hand it back, I saw roaches crawling all around the window. I informed him that they had roaches, and he responded that there are roaches everywhere. I drove to the next window, got my food, and threw it in the trash. Don’t eat food here. It isn’t clean.

Excellent mcdonalds experience. They remade my no salt fries and immediately replaced the hand sanitizer after I told them it was empty. The customer service here is top notch. The food is… and looks nothing like the pictures, but it tastes like nostalgia.

Umm, my 14 uear old loves McDonald’s, so I wind up eating it more than I’d like to admit. This location is actually really good. It’s super fast, employees friendly and helpful, and the food it is pretty darn tasty. Chicken nuggets are usually perfectly crispy. Probably because this location is super busy so the nuggets don’t sit under a heat lamp for too long. And, they hardly ever mess up my orders! It does happen occasionally but that’s to be expected at any restaurant when you don’t want cheese on something that normally has cheese. So, I give this McD’s 5 stars!
