something was wrong with app orders. table service non existant even though the option is proposed on the app and on the kiosk. i saw people wait for 10 min before getting service at the cashier. i was eating in but still got a bag that i had to pick up and there was no napkins. the ketchup dispenser was empty, the lobby was filthy. too bad because the restaurant is pretty and modern. covid is over, bring back normal service, i know the fast and easy is tempting and most people will still comply but it’s the little things that you used to do. can’t even believe i have to review a McDonald’s

Stopped by to get my daughter a Quarter Pounder With Cheese (Plain), and they got our order right. Got to the window and asked if their ice-cream machine was working, guys lo and behold- it was working!!! So I got my daughter an ice-cream cone, she was joyous!! No lines, quick service!

I got the crispy chicken combo with a sweet tea. The chicken sandwich was very dry and the chicken was not fresh although we waited at least 10 minutes. My husband got the two for six bundle, and he really liked his meal. The place needed some cleaning in the dining room. Other than that it was a nice lunch.

I came here and ordered one item, not even a meal not even a complicated customized order. Just a simple item as is from the menu. I get home and there’s just fries in the bag. I didn’t even order fries. I call them and they tell me I have to drive all the way back to get a refund. So you make a mistake and then penalize the customer even more by making them waste time out of their day so you can correct it.

We went to the drive through. I paid for BBQ sauce. This girl she handed me the bags. Asked her if she put the int the bag. She says yes. Came home there was nothing inside the bag, not even a ketchup…. management needs to train this kids better. They changed me but didn’t give me….

They got my order right but the only problem is they don’t know how to fill up the fries. I got a large fries and didn’t check the bag till I got home and it was only half way. Pay more get less ♀️.

Today I ordered a kid’s meal and a large fry, and they told me to pull up to the first curbside stall. I understand being busy, but they helped over 10 customers after me and some of them were kid’s meal too. I had to wait 12 minutes extra with no apologies while they serve cars after me. Very disappointing.
