Hello I’ve been to this location a few times, the service has been fine, and I don’t have complaints about the taste of the food at this location. What makes me not want to come to support this location, is that they charge an extra 25 cents for an extra syrup. For me, one syrup is not enough for me, for 3 pancakes. What I like about Chick fi la, is they allow you to get what you need, by putting it out in the open. Now I’m not the type of person who is going to get 5 or 10 packages for myself. I think it’s sad that you have to pay extra to have two.

Probably the worst experience, save yourself the trouble and avoid at all cost. I guess it’s for a good reason our family typically does not eat McDonald’s, but wow this time it confirmed all assumptions. Wrong item given with an attitude. Never given a receipt and management extremely rude and unprofessional. We are local resident and I will never stop by here again. Quite frankly I’m not surprised. Just horrible.

Today was my limit so Teenage staff in afternoon is trash.. they make McDonald’s seem like it must be rocket science.. Since 2020 this McDonald’s has gone downhill and it seems like no sight of getting better. They consistently have a bad attitude, get your order wrong and run out of items, then inform you that they have run out AFTER you’ve paid for your meal (and no, they did not refund me for the item they didn’t have after I had paid for it). This has happened to me more than three times. I’ll just start driving to the FM 359 location, they’re always a pleasure at the FM 359 location.
