I waited a long time for the curbside order. The Big Mac had the smallest patties I have ever seen. There was no shredded Lettuce at all unless it was micro shredded. My LARGE fires were HALF FILLED. If I wanted a small fries, I would have ordered a small. The fries were also cold. Amazing! it’s 104 out but my fries somehow were cold. For $9.52, I should’ve went down the street to the 99 Ranch to get their lunch special. This was horrible.

Absolutely with no competition the worst McDonald’s in town. Don’t even try to be there. Your food want be ready and you might wait 20 minutes until they tell you oh it’s cooking! Not to mention the smell and everything else in that location! Not sure why a place like this is still in business!!

I’m not sure if it’s because this location closes soon or employees are not focused on food quality. I feel that my child’s meal (along with the rest of the prepped food) was purposefully left out or not properly managed via heat and freshness. When returned home (that’s less than 5 mins from this location) I then realized the patty meat was really hard, dry, and tough to chew. Also the fries were awfully cold and stale. The burger was put together poorly with mayonnaise falling out of the burger wrapper. My order was only $3.97 but I expected a fresh double cheeseburger and fresh small fries with at least a juicy patty meat and hot fries. It doesn’t matter how big or small my order is, or what time of day they are closing. My meal should have been fresh. This experience was simply not worth driving and waisting my gas to go all the way back to McDonald’s on Westheimer Rd near S Mason Rd in Katy Tx, to either get a refund or my meal remade for my child. I am highly disappointed in this location for the poor quality of food I was served tonight! I will not be returning to this location. I rather drive a few more miles up the road to the McDonald’s off of S. Mason Rd. and I-10 freeway.

Sometimes I need to get out of the house and have my kids do something different, I usually take them to outdoor parks and long walks, but I decided to take them for ice cream, coffee for me, of course, and why not an indoor park. When we arrived at this location, I couldn’t believe what I saw and hear, the play area looked like it was last cleaned months ago, and a lady in front taking the orders was mistreating the staff, who appeared to be new, it can’t be a nice place to work on. My coffee was fine, first time trying the flavor. No ice creams for the kids.

These people admitted to having an issue with their app that charged us for food. They did absolutely nothing to take care of the charge and refused to give us the food. That is THEFT. So when they have a issue on their end they steal your money and make kids sad because they didn’t get their food. Absolute garbage. Do not buy McDonalds.
