Hands down WORST McDonald’s ever. They close without warning and often close drive thru so you have to go inside. I’ve often order food on the app, make my way down only to find that they’re closed. They make their own hours and can’t seem to update their customers about it.

It’s very gross in here. I couldn’t get my 5 year old to sit inside to eat because she was so grossed out (thanks to her grossed out and germaphobic mom ) there was soda all over the counter of the fountain drink station and dirty used napkins all over the counter as well. The table was wet a d sticky and the floor was full of food. I was not going to sit in there one more minute. I was do close to asking for my money back and going through the drive through ( ). I don’t eat McDonald’s but my kids do so don’t judge my actions . The only reason I didn’t do that was because the line was wrapped around the building TWICE ✌ . I’m being dramatic but it was wrapped around once. You’d think it was the only McDonald’s within a 20 mile radius.

The food is to be expected. The dining area is always sticky and wet **yuck**. We can never eat insude because my 5 year old is a suoer germaphobe, and I am too (but she’s worse). The traffic is HORRIBLE! Other than that, it’s your typical McDonald’s experience.

Based on my recent visit and the reviews I think it’s time they reevaluate the staff here. The service is just terrible. Took a little while just to get a simple ice coffee and a biscuit. The 2 ladies at the windows have no customer service skills. They seem very miserable.

The only reason I gave this place a 2 stars is because I drove through for my food and I only received half of it. I was already home when I noticed it, it was late and I wasn’t about to drive all the way back. But the food is usually good. If you drive through don’t leave until you check your order. Oh btw… I asked the lady at the window if everything was in the bags and she assured me everything was there. I should have checked myself.
