This McDonalds is pretty decent. Staff was friendly. I got a BigMac for the 1st time and it was pretty good, and for once the ice cream machine didn’t needed to be cleaned so it wasn’t broken (it takes a longgg time to clean those machines, hence why they are always “broken”). My McFlurry was good, fries where good too. Only complaints are that the bathroom was out of soap and hand sanitizer and the bathroom was a little dirty, most of the tables could have been cleaner too.

Today, I was disappointed in My McDonald’s here on Cinco Ramch Blvd. Now, most of the time, they’re fast, efficient, and the food is good. Unfortunately, today wasn’t one of their better days. It took almost 30 minutes to get 2 egg McMuffin sandwiches. I was stacked in a closed position by 3 vehicles. I finally got my food only to find egg shell in both sandwiches. I’m just disappointed today. I know this loc gets busy. That’s not an excuse for sloppy quality. There’s nothing worse than crunching down on eggshell in your McMuffin.

I ordered 6 breakfast sandwiches and 6 hash browns. I had to pull up to space 1 and wait about 7 minutes. Then, when I got home and opened the bag for 6 hungry toddlers, I realize they forgot to put the 6 hash browns in the bag.

This place is just awful breakfast, lumch, or dinner. I am fairly new to the area and have a 5 year old. Every single time (7 times) we go though here the food is either cold or barely warm. If your lucky the fries will be cooked twice and they might be halfway up the container. The service is dismal so don’t worry about seeing anyone smile here. One last question. How do you mess up a chicken nugget? This place is just sooo bad, go anywhere else and do yourself a favor.

Made an online order at 10:40pm while on the way to McDonalds. Arrived before closing and there was a long line at the drive thru. Although my order had been confirmed and my credit card was charged, when I reached the drive thru I was told my order had been canceled. I tried to show the person at the window my confirmed order, but all he would say was that my order had been canceled. The laziness he and his fellow workers displayed is symptomatic of the work force these days. I will go hungry tonight, but that is not really a big deal. My card being charged, however, is a big deal. We will see if McDonalds makes it right tomorrow.
