Ordered a QPC no onions..not only was it NOT prepared fresh..it was a leftover from Lunch! Dried out and hard on the edges..and COLD didn’t even soften the cheese!!! My order was #107 3:30pm+-…told thegirl in the red shirt at the register they gave Me a leftover burger…no response…just a blank stare!! Look at this “freshly made” burger..I wouldn’t feed it to a homless cat! Avoid this place…it does NOT operate up to Mc D’s standards!

My daughter and I both agreed that we hadn’t had McDonald’s in a long time. My daughter has the online app on her phone so she ordered 2 burgers using her phone and I paid with my debit card. The burgers were still warm, and the French fries were hot and salty,as they should be. There were only 2 cars ahead of me at the drive-through, so not too busy. My only issue was with the customer service. I had the order # handy since I was using my phone without the app on it. When I told the young girl I had a pickup and gave her my order and was told abruptly that the “phone used to place the order was supposed to be the one picking up the order”. Now I’m sure this isn’t an issue with only McDonald’s, and it might be a 3rd Party App online, but its still McDonalds employees and maybe a training issue. I doubt I’m the first customer that has put them through this so FYI folks. Yes, I was given our order in the end.

They are always very polite and attendant. The new chicken sandwiches are huge and very tasty. I had the Mexico Chicken sandwich and ate all of it. It has the cheese and peppers on it and hard to put down. My friend got the new double meat with cheese and bacon. The new fries would have been worth the trip alone. Check it out!

Service is horrible, they make up they’re own hours. Just ordered a Qpc mayonnaise, no mustard and large fries. The fries were cold , no ketchup and they put a half a jar of mayonnaise on the Qpc ruined that too. Asked for ketchup, non in the bag. And it was too late to go back or anywhere else. This place is trash!! Very seldom is it right … Or good ….. Do not eat here unless it’s your only option. I will be driving to lake Jackson or clute if I want McDonald’s from now on!!!
