One young person came and push push pushed a few buttons and got me to the pay screen of the kiask. I enter card the machine printed a ticket. All blank. One girl handed me a number, /28 in fact. After about 20 minutes and restless hungry babys. I got one in each arm and proceded to the front pay counter. I asked the young man what the problem might be causeing our food not to be ready this is a fast food joint. But my receipt shows nothing? He said you had the two kids meal and the fish sandwich. This is a very unprofessional business. They claim to be open 24 hours and yet cannot receive any service. Doordash drivers are receiving orders for this location and their time is being wasted by this restaurant because they are unable to perform their job to make their income. Not to mention the customers who have paid for their food to be delivered and cannot receive their order. This business also refused to communicate with anyone. There were several Doordash drivers standing outside for 15 plus minutes awaiting to receive the common human decency act of this “business” acknowledging their presence.
