This is the second time I have had to wait 30-40 minutes for food. The first time I made allowances because they were slammed. This time there is NO excuse. I preordered my food on the app and was 5 minutes away. I was the only car in line when I drove up. They gave me the kids milk and asked me to drive up. I waited and waited. Cars came after me, got their food and left. When they finally brought ours, they forgot the happy meal which took about another 10 minutes. So by the time I got home our food was ice cold. If you think we ordered something odd, we did not. 2 quarter pounders, 20 nuggets, and a happy meal. The servers only response was “sorry”. This is unacceptable and I will not visit this location again for a long time. Save the time and go next door to Sonic or Subway, anywhere but here.

I ordered 10 minutes ahead using the app, went to the drive through and gave them the order number and they just ghosted me to get another order from another customer. I have been waiting for almost 30 minutes and still for a freaking 2 freaking McChiken.

Pulled in 2nd stall and got the message about using the reward app and then nobody. They took orders from the 1st stall and never from me. When confronted I never got an apology or explanation. Never again. They’ve never had good service but I keep giving them the benefit of a doubt because we don’t have much to choose from in this town.

This McDonald’s is NOT like most McD franchises. They do their own thing their own pricing. Pain to use app and rewards here. Service is far less than adequate. I usually try to go to almost any other McDonald’s if possible.

To begin with they had given us someone else’s order and different drinks like orange juice instead of tea. We then came back around and gotten it “corrected” later come to find out that instead of 2 sausage egg n cheese mcmuffins & a sweet tea they instead gave us 2 mcgridles and unsweetened tea.

McDonald’s is a liar, I was mad because the fact they say they don’t sell ice cream at night. Only one girl tells me “we don’t sell ice cream this late” IT WAS 10pm like come on man I was craving ice cream because my monthly cramps. I don’t care if the machine was messed up but it upsets me she lies because she is lazy. I also know for fact she was lazy because I used to work here and they always told us to never say “we can’t sell ice cream at this time” until like 3am or they would get mad. This place is annoying and also my food is always cold and I get really old fries a lot that taste horrible . I don’t even go to Devine anymore just the lytle one.
