I had to go inside after waiting in the drive thru, and they gave me my order minus my special order, then tried to hand me the sandwich with onions, I ordered without because I’m allergic. They were trying to rush me out and did not seem concerned that they gave me something I’m allergic to. You might want to train your staff or hire staff that can fill an order properly.

Not only were my fries not salted but there was a hair in my fries. Just like many other people you don’t have the time to go back and get it fixed. Hopefully the staff isn’t planning on working an adult job because if a nurse or doctor makes a mistake or doesn’t follow protocol that could potentially kill someone. Maybe y’all should look in your supply closet for a hairnet/ beard net.

I actually like McDonald’s more so since last Saturday. I tried using their mobile app to use my earned rewards points so I could purchase a quarter pounder and in turn, get the 2nd one for free. Unfortunately for me there was a glitch while using the app because it took 6300 rewards points towards this offer, but I didn’t get the receive the QP nor a free one. In fact the mobile code didn’t come up so u just paid for the burger. I went back to same location about 30 minutes later to buy vanilla cones this time I spoke to the manager who couldn’t assist me to get my points back so instead she gave me a refund for purchase of the QP and 1 free vanilla cone.
