Every time I come here (I should stop but only McDonald’s around me) it’s like thirty minutes minimum in drive through. Need to be better staffed one way or the other. Either better employees, or more. Two drive thru speakers but one is on hold while the other is helping 3-4 customers while the first one is waiting

Claims to be Open 24 hours, but late night only takes cash and most times the workers won’t even take your order because they claim the “system is down”. This is on any given night which is annoying. Make McDonald’s truly 24 hrs again with full capabilities of great customer service.. please.

Worst service ever! I waited in drive through 10min only ordered 3 things didn’t even get my drink as they told me to pull forward and waited for 20+ min! If you are backed up and have a wait time LET PEOPLE know so they don’t waste their TIME and money waiting they could go somewhere else and give their hungry kids food

This McDonald’s is beautiful! Let’s keep it that way, city of Converse! The staff here was very friendly as entered the building, I heard “Welcome to McDonald’s” a greeting from the front. I placed my order with ease no issues and used my Mickey D’s App for deals and coupons. They gave me a number for the table so they can bring out my order. Within a minute or so I got my big breakfast with hot cakes and everything was delicious as McDonald’s is! I’ll be coming back here a lot since I live in the neighborhood next to it! Every time I order from this McDonalds they forget something. You always have to check the bags or else someone is not eating. Every single mc delivery has had an item missing and Im always having to do back to the store and get it. And I paid all that money for delivery. We keep going because it’s the closest to the house. There needs to be a process that employees do a check to make sure all items are there. I didn’t even have a big order. Also they take forever to get your food. I sure have been to better McDonald’s, thought since it’s newer they would have higher expectations.

Definitely disappointed with service. manager there was not helpful what so ever , her employee was trying to help more then she was . Ordered online instead of just doing discount on computer due to error she said I won’t be able to next time upgrade your app if not your going to keep coming back with same issue . like what ?
