This is how my filet o fish looked when I opened the box. No further explanation is necessary on that. Not only that, but the service absolutely sucks. NO ONE smiles or says thank you. Just plain rude! I don’t expect a lot when I go to McDonald’s, but even at that they made me want to never go back.

My $5 latte was missing about a half a cup from the drink. For a small ice water, I was charged $1. I’d expect something like $0.50, but a dollar for a small water is ridiculous. The service here is always lacking and items often forgotten.

The employees appeared to hate their job they don’t have any customer service skills. And frankly they seem prejudice. I stood in line for 15 minutes and even had employees walk past me no one asked me if I was waited on or if I needed help with anything. But as soon as this white gentleman came in and stood beside me, an employee quickly rushed over to ask him could he take his order at that point I made it known that I haven’t ordered and I’ve been waiting. This store is the worst I’ve ever been to in Texas. No one even bothered to apologize for the oversight. These people watched me walk in and stand there and never said 1 word to me not even welcome to McDonald’s. This stone oak McDonald’s don’t deserve to be called McDonald’s. Their rude behavior caused my food to even taste bad. If there was a score less than 1 star that would be giving the too much credit. And while taking my order the employee was not putting down my order correctly I had to correct him several times about my order.

The only reason I am rating this place with one star is because there is no a 0 star option. I went through the drive thru, and the cashier who seemed to be an asian young men gave me change wrong. The total was 11.53 and I gave him a $20. I told him I had the 53 cents with me, but he just stared at me like I was crazy, so rude!!. He gave me my change wrong he only game back 7 dollars. order 2 chesseburgers and 2 hot and spicy burgers, after I ate them I threw up . Bad service, poor quality food and a waste of money and time. You been warmed.

This location messes up a lot! I have never posted a review yet, but this was too much!! A nice caucasian young man asked me to pull up b/c the food wasn’t ready wasn’t ready yet, I pull up and wait, I was asked for my receipt from a nice African American young man, I wait, I looked in the window and it looked like a manager was doing something, I wait, and finally there was my bag being handed out the window. After the young black employee handed me the bag, I had to get his attention because he forgot the drinks!! I was taking food to my daughter at her work and I was in a bit of a hurry. Before I took it into her, I couldn’t believe what I saw!! I’m glad I only stole one of her cold fries b/c she wouldn’t have had very many in a medium order. This was on 1/16/23 around 4:30.

Some of the “worst” service. I went through the drive thru and they only gave me half of the nuggets that I ordered. DT line was wrapped around the building so I parked and went inside. Me and 2 other people in the cafe were completely ignored for over 5 minutes. 0 acknowledgement from any staff. One employee was ringing up his own food instead at the only register and didn’t even look at me or the two other people standing by the registers.

I went in to get my favorite soft serve ice cream on the planet and it didn’t disappoint. Several years ago, McDonald’s ice cream macines were legendary for being constantly on the fritz. They were a punchline. Don’t know if it’s been fixed elsewhere, but I’ve gotten my beloved cone at this venue several times in the last few weeks and it’s working like a champ. And the people who work there are nothing but smiles.

Rewards Member here…Ordered through your new delivery and . Missing 20 of 100 nuggets ordered, all the sauces I had to pay for some of the sauces! Just…no napkins, no salt or ketchup. Do you REALLY think it’s too extra to think of the little things. The order was delivered unopened and sealed so it was not the delivery driver. No answer when you call the location.
