I waited in the drive through speaker for 5 minutes before trying to make my order. Then when I ask to place my order, a male tells me to give them one minute. I then proceed to wait about 10 more minutes and then ask if I can place my order, nobody answers. I drive to the window only to not see anybody. As I drive off I see 4 employees in the lobby area sitting at the tables. I have stopped at this location twice and it has always been an issue trying to get a meal before heading home. This is very disappointing.

This is the worst McDonald’s i have ever been to. Not just one bad experience, it’s EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO THERE. They close the lobby before it says it closes on the door by HOURS, they will decide not to serve breakfast at 8:30 in the morning because they “didn’t make enough”. They don’t answer the phone, and the last time I asked for the bigger onions on my sandwich. I cannot eat dehydrated. Well they put dehydrated anyway, no big deal but when I ask them to fix it they didn’t even remake it they just added more. THEN when I complained, the cook thought it would be funny to remake it with ONLY an excessive amount of onions and no bun!!! The entire staff should be replaced. When my order is wrong I’m polite and ask them to please correct it and they are rude in return even though it’s their fault! I like McDonald’s. I should be able to go to the one by my house without constant problems. I have never in my life had so many issues at a restaurant. It’s not just an oops mistake, it’s every single time we go there.

Place is an absolute joke. A couple of the workers are super over the top nice & chill. The rest are disgusting. Food is usually cold, missing salt on the fries, etc. They find a way to somehow mess up all the easy stuff. Went tonight, 3 employees are hanging out in the parking lot. Guy at drive thru window tells me “sorry, our systems are rebooting. I can’t take any orders for about 15 minutes”. We look at see that they conveniently close in 16 minutes. I ask how that’s supposed to work if they close at that same time. Guy says “oh, well, umm I didn’t know what time it was, so yeah, I guess that means we’re closed for the night”. Ridiculous place run by very unserious slobs.

Lazy. Got there at 10:45. Pretended that their system was rebooting and said it would take 15 minutes. Of course they close in 15 minutes. Meanwhile all the employees are smoking and hanging out in the parking lot. Pretended to not understanding when we caught on to their scheme. Managers you are paying for a smoke break and tail gate. Tables weren’t cleaned and there was managers taking over a family table with computers, phones and wire, and didn’t care if the atmosphere looked cleaned in there, i had went to eat with my kids and had to ask a cashier if she knew if anyone was sitting at any of the tables bc there was numbers still on them,, they came and cleaned them while the managers, dk if corporate bc they were dressed up in casual clothes, just kept their eyes just focused on their laptops not carrying, then we were able to sit. Won’t be going back to this location, dk if they know but by taking over the family tables they could have lost about $10 / chair per hour

Egg McMuffin with the app was $1 (Deal). I also had a hash brown and water. Both were fresh, warm, and served promptly. I ate in the clean and bright dining room. I believe this is the best McDonald’s in Corpus Christi.

We came to McDonalds before 11 11 a.m. and we ended up waiting over 15 minutes to get our breakfast. What does McDonald’s likes to do the same as other places is when you get to the window to pick up your food the only thing they give you is the sodas then they tell you to pull up forward and I’m sure that’s so their little clock starts over again they do it every time they told me to wait in the parking spot. We waited 15 minutes just to get cold food when I went back inside and told them hey the food is cold and the sandwiches foggy they said oh we can’t make you any breakfast because everything is turned off we can only make you lunch. The manager Gabriel seem to be annoyed that I had a complaint he just had an attitude like you just wanted to get through with me. This place and this company needs to learn better customer service. At the end of the day I didn’t make the mistake they did I’m the one that painting they’re not and I’m the one that has someplace to go and I was expecting it to be done quickly that’s why we went. And I’ll tell you this is not the first time I’ve had bad service at this place. And I keep going back because it’s a local spot but from now on I’ll be going elsewhere
