The first thing that struck me was how much better and new it appeared. The interior was immaculately clean and had a fresh, modern aesthetic that was very appealing. Expwy To go buy my lunch went to the drive-thru and only had One request and I emphasized to please for my order to be Fresh not reheated just cooked fresh and they did just that,so Thank You the gentleman who took my order for telling them I wanted it fresh. Even though it is right next to the expressway, this McDonald’s is in a very lovely location next to a resaca (the small lakes that were left behind – hundreds or even thousands of years ago, when the Rio Grande River would overflow its banks and change its course – for which Brownsville is famous).

Ok.. first, they did greet us in a friendly way. The cashier was great.. although my wife asked another lady for lemon wedges, and she quickly responded no.. I saw her and she did not answer in a friendly manner. So my wife went to buy some jalapeños and they just told her there’s none after making her wait for a while.. no apology no compasion . They just told her there’s no jalapeños.. what restaurant doesn’t have jalapeños!?.. so we ate, and left. Really need to work on their customer service.. better luck next time I hope guys.. many blessings..

Took forever to get in line in the drive thru I asked for a family pack n ask for a few sauce at the drive thru speaker then I asked when I got my meal n they said yes sir theyre in there but I got home near the zoo…. No sauce had to go back to complain mind the wait just to get into McDonald’s again and the gas and time just to b offered a free fry…. U lied to me n want to shut me up with a small fry???? Fries were too oily and brown, they were remade but still came out the same not up to McDonald’s standards, maybe oil was too burnt. There were no napkins or ketchup, like it hadn’t been refilled. Service was slow this time.
