I asked for an oatmeal with 4 creamers. I spoke with the manager in the morning about the dry oatmeal they sold me and she told me if I wanted I could come back and see her redo my oatmeal. She promised that she did put the creamers on my oatmeal. I had to waste my time and go back and prove to her that she was wrong. The lady didn’t apologize. I showed her the difference of how the oatmeals look with and without creamers.

Always super packed. Employees are rude (old and new) Complaints to the manager? In one ear, out the other. Two thirds of the time, they mess up your order if it’s a big one. No hospitality service at all. The food though… always McDonald’s idea of perfection. Don’t get me wrong, they used to be worse. Roaches inside fries and brown lettuce… they have definitely turned a stone with the food.
