Very rude staff in the evening hours. I frequently go here during breakfast and the morning staff is excellent. I went there today at 5 o’clock in the evening. The lady taking my order at the drive thru is the rudest person I have ever met. I order large and she gave me medium, which she got mad when I told her that I ordered large. I got home and what a mess! My burger was loaded with mayo and ketchup flowing over the whole burger. What a disappointment! Never again!!!!

If I could give them a -10 I would. Very rude staff. They did however repeat my order to me 3 times correctly but when I got home and it was wrong. Tried to call them and there phone was busy for 6 hours (I finally gave up) called the 866 # on the bottom of the ticket znx left 3 messages NOT ONE call back. What r is this world coming to when McDonald’s can’t get an order right.

The servers are rude. They act like your bothering them. I got a big breakfast with hot cakes they gave me 1 butter 1 syrup. When i asked for more they rolled their eyes n gave me 1 more. Do NOT come here unless you want to be treated rudely. Someone should tell the girls working there that the customers at the window can hear them talking trash even when the window is closed. At the drive through board I was misgendered (called sir and I don’t sound like a man) even after I said “I’m not a sir!” and had to explain to my kid in the backseat why they were calling me sir. This day in age there really is no reason to use gendered greetings anyway, but to repeatedly call a woman sir after being corrected? At the window I heard one of them say “come look at this lady” and laugh. When she opened the window, I gave my card without saying a word. They handed me the food and shut the window, more laughing. I sat there for a minute longer than was necessary out of spite because I could hear them behind the window telling me to hurry up and pull off while I checked to make sure all of my food was in the bag. I sat the bag down and sat there staring off into space, listening to them rattle on in Spanish (yo hablo). That’s how bad it was. Someone needs a reality check. I know it’s a McDonald’s attached to a gas station, so expectations shouldn’t be TOO high, but this was ridiculous.
