They are open but no one ever answered the drive through. Myself and another vehicle sat for at least 10 minutes and no one came on at the drive thru. I called the restaurant, and even though I could see people in there, no one answered the phone either. Poor customer service!!

This establishment just get worse every single visit. Everyone that works there just has the worst attitude and are very rude. It’s rare when everything goes right and they are nice. I just recently made a online order at 1030am which at this location you can order breakfast until 11am. I really thought when u make an online order, it would be ready for pick up in a reasonable time. I showed up a little after 11 expecting my order to be ready but I was told it’s after 11 and breakfast is no longer available, unless I wanted to wait 30 minutes. They couldn’t give me a straight answer in the drive thru and eventually didn’t respond to me. I went inside and same deal. I got my money back and took it to Sonic and was in and out in 5 minutes! I really think corporate needs to come down here and shut the place down for a week so they can have proper training and fix everyone’s attitude.

Super small inside, you can’t get your own drink and when you get a refill it takes a few minutes. Parking lot is small and if drive thru is busy you get stuck in your parking spot

I was served 2 cold cheeseburgers right at 12pm, start of the lunch rush. Had to eat on the run due to running errands. Took about 2 bites and noticed the meat was dry and cheese was not melted. Checked the other burger and it was the same, old, dry and cold. Threw them out. Had my receipt so I went back and tried to get a refund or new burgers. First manager said they would replaced my burgers but as I approached the last window they demanded that they see the old cheeseburgers. I was like what would you guys want with the old ones, you gonna eat them. So I told them what happened with the cheeseburgers and showed them the receipt. Another manager came and said she couldn’t give me new cheeseburgers unless she saw or got the old ones. I was shocked and asked her if she thought I was trying to scam and accusing me of lying about it. She told me yes, through her face and body language, (nodding head and shrugging shoulders), in front of my son. I was like seriously, over a couple of cheeseburgers. I’m a grown man and have been a paying customer for this particular location for about 8 years and all of sudden I’m going to scam you over 2 cheeseburgers. It was insulting and awful customer service. I took my receipt and called corporate/franchise office and placed a complaint. The balls on these people.

I only have physical money and waited more than 15 minutes at the register as the kiosk only takes cards. Was after a basket of fries, but they never served me or made even acknowledged that we were their not worth stopping in if they are more concerned with the drive-through and not the lobby.
