I eat at McDonald’s often. This is NOT one of the better ones. I had ordered lunch to “dine in”, soon I hear my receipt number being called. They had my order as “to go”. There are no napkins in the bag or on any counter. And now they have a sign posted on the wall that states that if you give them a “highly satisfied”review, you will get a free sandwich. It seems they have to resort to BUYING positive reviews just like the Democrats

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Been here multiple times and it’s always the same. Horrible service and rude staff. I went for breakfast at 9:45 and the old woman worker rudely told me they stop serving breakfast at 10. It was still 15 minutes til. So I ask the manager “Justin” and he tells me they serve breakfast all day, but yet doesn’t offer nor was it on the ordering kiosk. He also told me to stop being a Karen. Plus workers always seem to be goofy off in the back. This “Justin” manager seem to have a thing with another worker this large hefty fellow I think his name was “Enrique” like seriously save that type of love/affection for the bedroom. Not to mention the food. I ordered a fish sandwich for my mom and they give me this… they can’t even aim the cheese right, imagine them aiming for the toilet. Not worth it. Your better off going to the one on Main Street.

Here’s a good example of a manager from this McDonald’s telling one of the employees to tell me to clean up my table and to throw my bag away when I leave ,which this restaurant always has dirty tables and floor are 80% dirty and I eat here almost every day, not anymore, LOL and by the way they don’t pay me to do their job maybe someone can train their manager to respect their customers and not accuse the people that help pay their salary, maybe McDonald’s can hire brains not an ego’s

Ordered a simple happy meal, and waited 20 min in the drive thru, while the cashier kept feeding a dog in the car in front of me. Gave multiple bags to the car in front and kept bringing fries and more food, person in the car kept giving one fry back, clearly she was giving free food to that car. Really, made everyone in the drive thru just wait while she kept petting the dog in that car, and socializing, cashier even took her head out the window and saw us in line , and laughed and continues her socializing. I got out of the line and the car in front decided to drive off, once I went inside the store the manager came running to give me the happy meal. So inconsiderate, always horrible customer service. I have a video off it as well!
