Customer Service was less desirable!! David insisted on speaking Spanish to me and was Very Rude and didn’t know the menu very well in English. Told customers after I left that I was lucky he was at work. He didn’t try to deescalate the situation. I also tried the corporate office and they didn’t try to offer some kind of apology or a return call offering an explanation!!!

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in the whole country. Absolutely filthy. Trash cans overloaded. Kiosk inches away from the trash. Empty hand sanitizer. Filthy floors. Screen monitor with orders in progress doesn’t work. Cluttered with walmart shopping carts. And it took them almost 20 minutes for a 6 pc mcnuggets and chocolate shake. Shake was dripping on the sides of the cup, and of course, no napkins were included with my order. And of course, no napkins available unless you ask for them. Never again. McDonald’s should be so embarrassed by this location.

Literally my worst experience in a McDonald’s ever, the service was bad, my chicken sandwich was burnt, and the soda fountain is leaking water. Not even the safety cones are able to prevent a lawsuit if someone slips, since the leak is still present.
