Maria at this restaurant was completely rude when I went to the counter to order people kept telling me to use the kiosk and I told them the kiosk said it did not accept cashless payments I already tried. So instead of wasting time I just went to the counter. Marie started arguing with me about it and after I asked her what her name was she asked if I was mad that she said it worked I wasn’t mad I just thought she had horrible customer service and she probably could have handled the situation differently instead of acting like I was bothering her by ordering at the counter. Then to get back at me I guess they gave me a burnt to a crisp hashbrown.. hashbrown pictured below.

My son lost his first tooth and asked if the Tooth Fairy could bring him a cheeseburger. I made a fake coupon “1 free cheeseburger” that my son proudly presented to the cashier at this McDonald’s. ( I had my credit card shown and ready to go). When I checked my receipt I found that they actually gave my son a cheeseburger for free. Thank you to the staff, you made our day even more special.

Hilarious, I assume the same lady from the other comments no longer wears a name tag. Rude, How many times are you gonna have an employee blame a customer for bringing the wrong bag out until that employee gets putting another position or fired. She started to argue with me at the front register, I just said you’re right you’re right easiest way to end the conversation. Bring the receipt with the bag check the order that’s your job. Don’t bring four or five bags out and try to guess people what they need or have without a receipt.

The kiosk I ordered at was broken, so I didn’t get a receipt, so I went to the counter to pay. I waited for a short time before someone – I assume a manager – helped me. She walked off as I was paying and made me wait 10 minutes at the counter to give me my receipt. She also does not speak good English, and it was hard to understand her. This McDonald’s has gone downhill fast recently, as I saw at least five different bugs in the kitchen. They should just close this location.

Terrible service, 30+ minute wait on drive thru for breakfast.. had no clue what we ordered, managers were nasty and still messed up our order missing things. Couldn’t pay me to go back to this mcdonalds.

Went thru the drive-thru. Did not get what we ordered. My grandson would not eat the cheeseburger because it was covered with everything. We ordered it plain. And both orders did not have the Fruit in the Happy Meal. It was a girl and around noon on 8/11/23.

I want to start by saying i truly love mcdonalds! But this location really isnt good. I might have left a review about how I had the worse big Mac of all time a year ago at this mcdonalds TLDR: the big mac was super hard and looked like it had been toasted for 2 days… and i still ate it cuz it was hilarious how crispy and burnt it was… but today I was craving ice cream and since this was super close to work I caved and went to this mcdonalds for one last time….. the hot fudge Sunday I purchased was not filled all the way. BUT EVEN WORSE it had the flavor/aroma of when you haven’t cleaned out your fridge in too long.. it was absolutely insulting and disgusting to taste this rotting produce smell…. I’ve learned my lesson. Even though this location is the most convenient to get to for a work lunch break. They do not manage a good kitchen. I’ve been here around 10 times and have only got passable food twice.

A big fan but by far the lest impressive bfast experience. Ordered with app. When I arrive on site the drive thru was 15 deep. Changed to inside pickup. App said 2 -5 mins. 11.5 mins the basic Egg McMuffin was finally delivered. Sad performance and no human contact like you get at drive-thru.
