After ordering a large order which cost $44 and change I was asked to park to wait for it. It was 40 chicken nuggets, 3 cheeseburgers, 2 large fries, 2 mcdoubles, 1 mcdouble no onions or mustard, 1 filet fish meal with no tarter sauce. I don’t mind waiting because it was a large order. When the manager brings it out, I realize the filet fish, and the special order mcdouble are missing, and there are only 3 sauces for the nuggets. Before I could ask for more sauce the manager leaves to get the other missing food, so she has to go back to get the sauce. When I get home the filet fish has tartar sauce, but no cheese. They can’t put all of the food together, and they obviously can’t read the special order slip, yet they think they should make $15 or more hourly??? Don’t waste your time at this McDonald’s!!!!

Its difficult to communicate with someone at the drive-thru that doesn’t speak clear English. It slows up the line and causes incorrect orders. I am aware of the difficulty in hiring and retaining staff. But the window is most critical for the rest of the process to flow. I’ve mentioned this before about this location as it’s an ongoing struggle. I have no idea how to fix this with the country’s current policies and lack of economic health.

Worse service ever. I had to circle the drive thru twice and THEN I had to come inside. Nobody sincerely apologized for wrong order. No empathetic or apologetic solutions was offered. This place is worse than when I went here in high school and the SHIFT MANAGER was right in the front counter when I walked in. RIDICULOUS!
