Every order has been correct. The Big Macs come out picture perfect. The atmosphere is clean, yet still inviting enough to be a comfortable eating experience. They are actually polite to delivery folks. And yet faster than normal for some reason. I go to a lot of fast food places. This place stands out as extraordinarily proficient.

All though the restaurant is clean, the workers bring this location down. On 6/27 I waited 35 for a single meal, I did give the benefit of the doubt that the restaurant was busier than usual, but when I finally received my order I still had to fill my own drink, making the kiosk options completely obsolete; as well as the condiment were so filthy and sticky I had to wash my hands after barely touching one. As for today (6/30) the restaurant was almost empty and again I used the kiosks to order a dine-in meal, though this time it was timely, this was half way on the bun, thrown in a to-go bag, the drink was not to order, and there was no straw. I feel as if the kiosks are adding a scapegoat for inattentive employees.

My roommate and I went to the liquor store and decided on some McDonald’s on the way home. Our experience was nothing short of lovely from the generous man who took our order to the pretty hot Cheeto girl with the pretty nails in the window. But our experience didn’t end with just good service. Our food could only be described as heavenly. Each bite I took, I was even more hypnotized to take another. After a good margarita and 2 hot and spicys, I am feeling more than satisfied. Give these people a raise!!!

Well ordered from here last night around 10:40-10:47pm. Our order was wrong on some items, both cheeseburgers were cold, 20 piece nuggets were cold, both the medium fries we got were over salty, cold, not fresh, squishy when you ate them. Highly disappointed in it all around. Didn’t get our sauces for our 20 piece nugget, no straws for the drinks. Horrible all around.

This McDonald’s is always clean, the service is very good (would be better if they did away with the kiosk, but they are here to stay). The atmosphere is what you’d expect. The seating is comfortable, not like other McD’s with the hard plastic seats.
