They put trash in my child’s happy meal. I called and asked for a manager and the manager came to the phone and she immediately gave me a attitude when I told her what happened and she told me I was disrespecting them by telling them what they did. No apology or anything, a straight up attitude. This manager wasn’t able to take accountability AT ALL. Whatever manager was on duty needs to be fired. This is the one of the worst McDonald’s by far and needs to be shut down for the amount of disrespect they give and how many times they mess up orders and just take money.

I’ve gotten plenty of wrong orders from this location and it’s never been that big a deal, it’s McDonald’s. We just pull up past the window and check our order. Unfortunately, this is the first time I’ve ever gotten undercooked food. I tried calling the number listed but it doesn’t appear to be in service.

Not very good, even for McDonald’s, which I have very low expectations of to begin with. The fries were way undercooked and unsalted. The chicken nugg nuggs were also undercooked. I also ordered a sweet tea and got a regular tea instead. Then we had to wait at the window while we ate our food, waiting for a cup of water, which was weird. Like, how did the cup of water take longer than the food? I mean, I ordered it with everything else. It wasn’t a last-minute addition or anything.

The burger was severely overcooked but they made up for it by undercooking the fries. My Regular Oreo McFlurry didn’t have a spoon in it and, guess what, it was ice cream with oreo thrown on the top. The flurry was not mixed at all and the topping was miniscule. kinda crazy to not even bother to mix it or give me a spoon but, based on the other food, it makes sense.

I went to McDonald’s at approximately 5:20 this evening and by far the best experience I have had at a McDonald’s. No line in the drive thru, the young man who took my order was friendly and understood everything I asked for. I pulled up to the first window and the same man was very polite and asked if I would like a receipt and wished me a good rest of the day. I then pulled up to the second window and another young man had my drinks and food ready. I of course was assuming something would have been wrong but I was very wrong. The fries were hot and fresh, my daughter got the correct dipping sauce and the hamburgers were made to order. Couldn’t be happier with the experience I received today!
