We would frequent this McDonald’s over the winter and the play area was never heated. We just went there today when it was hot outside and they don’t have air conditioning in the play area either! At least in the winter we could wear jackets. Do not go to this McDonald’s on a really hot or really cold day. It is a real bummer because this one has the best play area out of any in the area.

I enjoy taking my son to this location for the play place, but today, 5/31/23 at 6:45pm, it has to be at least 90° in the kids play place. Last week was the same thing, but you could hear and feel the heat pumping through. They need to fix this and hopefully install some shades to help minimize the heat from outside. May not be a great location for to take your kid to during the summer.

Got some breakfast for the kids before school and ordered more than $40 worth of food once I got home after the kids got to school and went to get my sandwich realized that I didn’t get mine so I tried to call to see if they would just refund me over the phone with my credit card that I paid for the order with still have my receipt and this was within the hour of ordering the food. Nobody answered the phone so I went back down there for $4.50 and one of the managers there did not want to refund me because I “didn’t call”. I showed her my call log on my phone and said I tried to call rang for two minutes and nobody answered so I hung up. She acted as though I was trying to hustle her out of some money or something and only wanted to give me $1, if that, I told her she was going to give me my whole money back and if I was trying to hustle her out of some money, I would’ve made sure it was more than $5 since the total was more than $40. She told me “next time she wouldn’t do it”. There will be no next time. If you continue to be rude to customers like that, they won’t keep going to your establishment.

I was ignored at the front counter by 3 seperate employees who just walked by me like I wasnt there, one of which was the manager SMH! I almost walked out but my grandkids were really looking forward to playing. The nuggets were way over cooked and tasted like fish. The fries were cold and our drinks were only filled halfway. The only good thing I can say about this location is that it has a great Play Place for the kids. I WILL NOT BE BACK.

Ordered food on the mcdonalds app which I strongly recommend not using. It has charged me for the food that the location will not give me. Since the app froze up its my problem. Even showing the email receipt they would not give us a refund or our food. Staff here sucks and so does there app.
