We never go to this location and I will never be back. They weren’t very busy, I placed my order, then waited 15 minutes. Had to ask if it was ready yet. It was ready, just sitting there, not even under the warming lights. Got home, and the food was cold, no butter or syrup, and no eating utensils. I can’t believe they would send an order out like that!! Not to mention, the employee was rude. Definitely won’t be back

The worst made burgers and sandwiches I have ever had. I asked for light Mac sauce on my big Mac and still ended up with half on my hands. Both sandwiches I ordered had enough lettuce for three salads. Has to ask like five times just to be let in the bathroom. I swear the bathrooms that are locked up the most are the dirtiest. This was no exception. How about not locking them up and just clean them every half hour or hour. I know it’s hard and somethings disgusting but it’s the nature of the best. Which serves your customers best? Locking them up and not thinking about them or keeping them open but patrolling them more when you have more customers. Less when you have less customers. Just keeping them clean.

I decided to stop in a bit later than I usually do. But wanted a less hectic, calm quiet meal. After standing at register far a few minutes with no acknowledgement, figured I’d use the kiosk. After placing my order I took my seat and waited. After waiting 15 minutes, I decided to go to check if maybe the kiosk didn’t send the order. After waiting at the register again a employee finally brought my order to me. I sat back down in disbelief, all the time waiting and they didn’t even mix my mcflurry. Honestly just save yourself the time and go get you a good quality consistent burger from in and out, they never let you down and it’s worth the 15 min wait unlike McDonald’s. Waited about 20min in the drive through to receive cold fries, 2 maybe warm cheeseburger that they also forgot the pickles. Sad cause this isn’t the first time this has happened at this location. Like seriously what is this? You call this a cheeseburger? Can’t even melt the cheese. Thankfully I own a quality oven and was able to heat up my own food.

I rarely leave reviews unless it’s really needed. But this is honestly the worst McDonald’s I have been to. This one is the closet one to me, quickest bite to eat when wanting something fast and easy. After coming here at least 8 times, I can say it’s always the same. Takes at least 5 minutes to even get someone to ask you for your order, then another at least 10-15 to get your food. Usually pretty distasteful too. Just left there tonight and seemed like the lady bringing it out our food was drunk or something. She was slurring at the window and stumbling when she was walking out. Customer service is not good and honestly neither is the food most of the time. About to stop giving them my money. Plus, one of my burger Pattie’s was about half raw

Cold and stale food! So cold I had to heat it up. Asked for no pickles and got pickles. They’re more focused on getting people through the drive thru as fast as possible for their time scores than providing customer service and don’t care about serving fresh food. Everyone who went through drive thru was sent to a parking stall, waiting five mins or more and then they didn’t know who ordered what. Employees wandering the parking lot asking each car what they ordered. Also, overpriced for what they serve. Not the first time this has happened. Won’t be going back! Would give zero stars if it allowed me to.
