Had just gotten off work and was starving honestly, and Mc Donalds Can clutch honestly ordered on the machine and one of the cooks brought me my food with was amazing by the way asked me if i needed anything else very thankful for the service thank you. Went for a breakfast sandwich. For some reason waited in line for 5 minutes with two cars in front of me. The cashier was kind, but obviously busy due to the coffee pots on his counter with the cash register. The woman who handed me my food had no smile and and didn’t even speak to me. Drove off only to have been served an ice cold bacon egg and cheese McGriddle. The cheese was not melted. Literally like someone took it out of the fridge and put it on the sandwich. The bun wasn’t even warm. Shouldn’t this be served warm??? The hash brown was lukewarm at best. If you want your breakfast served correctly just take an extra few minutes and drive to the McDonald’s at Prairie Center. They are kind and efficient.

I recently had multiple visits to McDonald’s, and I must say that I was highly disappointed with my experiences. The wait times were unbelievably long (a guy was waiting for his food and just eventually left without it because there was no one in the front to help), and the behavior of the manager is just unprofessional. It seems like he doesn’t take his position seriously. First, to see the manager simply messing around instead of attending to the needs of customers. I just seen him throwing ketchup at his employees as a joke. You have customers waiting… The most frustrating incident occurred when a young guy entered the restaurant and struggled to use a coupon to purchase a Happy Meal for his little brother. Instead of assisting the child, the manager dismissed him by claiming it was the wrong code and simply WALKED AWAY, leaving the guy helpless and confused. I stepped in and tried to help, eventually ending up purchasing the meal myself. It was sad to witness such a lack of empathy and customer service.

I came with my daughter and wife ordered table service the lady who brought my apple fritter was so kind and the young man who brought my coffee was super sweet and professional he even gave me a napkin. The place is super clean! I enjoyed my visit! Even the bathrooms were super clean! I will be returning to this location! Thank you!!! 🙂

I don’t typically drive reviews as I could care less but this is out of hand.. this place is filed with kids who don’t care about their job and are just horsing around… Miguel the manager is a joke and has no customer service at all.. his employees are rude and don’t care or notice when they give you other people’s food.. this place is a joke and it’s a shame for it being such a nice McDonald’s.

Came early this morning around 5:05 a.m. and ordered 1 breakfast sandwich and 2 fountain drinks. Although the drive-thru person gave us our drinks and apologized for the wait…25 MINUTES LATER he finally shows up with my sandwich and says nothing to explain the reason for the ridiculous waiting time until I asked. His explanation was that nothing was prepped in advance. Either he or the manager should have explained in between the 25 minute wait what was happening rather than hiding out with no one in sight. Suggestion: When this happens, offer a free small item (hash brown or pastry) for someone losing 25 minutes of their life sitting in your drive-thru for the inconvenience for what is supposed to be a fast and convenient food service.

First of all I did NOT want to even rate one star but it wouldn’t let me write a review unless I hit a star. Second, you managers either need new employees that care about giving your customers everything they pay for or train your people to pay more attention to the orders. I just left your business through the drive thru and EVERY TIME I go there my order is messed up. I don’t ever get everything that I order and pay for. AND the French fries are always old fries. This is So FRUSTRATING… you will not get good reviews from me. And on top of that. The food was cold…

Straight typical McDs. Nothing major to set it apart. Getting in to the lot is a bit eh and there is a bit of traffic at times due to the TB next door. The apartments nearby clutter the road… Other than that, it wasn’t the fastest service, and the restrooms could use a little love.

Boy taking drive-through orders talks too fast. Asked if I had an app order, when I told him no, he said oh that’s too bad, then he took the order of the car that just pulled up next to me. One of the rudest! can’t believe he was so rude. Went somewhere else.
