I will never be returning to this location after the experience I had tonight. We ordered the blt burger and my husband and I both recieved burgers that were covered in a thick layer of salt and pepper. I could scrape off a centimeters thickness with one swipe of my finger. Disgusting!

Terrible customer service. Everyone to include shift leader/manager appear to hate working there. Please do us all the favor and don’t. My order was wrong and I had to continue to ask for missing items, however their annoyed looked made it seem it was my fault they forgot my items. Also, the cleanliness of the place dirty, and young men with their pants sagging to the point you can see their underwear. The young man proceeded to walk around with one hand holding his pants up and had the audacity to touch food items. Please make it stop!

Typical McDonald’s food, weird part of town. Flies sitting with you while you eat. Employee did insist on giving me extra hash browns as it was just about lunch, I can appreciate the service. Maybe clean up a little more so there is not flies? Also, frap/smothies not offered at that location.

Honestly pretty disappointed. I come here every now and then. Today I order my usual pregnancy craving which is a regular burger with extra onions and pickles. Y’all need a new line of cooks cus y’all definitely didn’t make it right. Why is there cheese on a basic hamburger and no onions it’s like y’all were doing it on purpose. Do better.

I had stopped by while visiting a family friend in the area. I couldn’t believe the way it looked. Cleanliness, terrible. Service, terrible. Accuracy is terrible. I stood there and watched the food line use their hands to grab the meat for sandwiches, then grab nuggets with the same hand. As a Service Mgr, for another owner/operator , I was in shock. I don’t ever think I’ve seen a store so bad. I literally told the friend that if this was my store, I would have fired every single person. The crew was doing what they were allowed to do. The same with shift management. There were so many things wrong that I couldn’t remember if I saw anything that was right. If this review is read by the owner, I seriously doubt that this location would pass a PACE visit.

Waited 10min for my food. I would have left but I already paid for it. Then my order was wrong. Parked in the parking lot and called the store from the parking lot. No one picked up the phone. So I could make a complaint. Doubt if I’ll ever go back to this McDonald’s store.

Waited in the drive thru for 14 minutes before the cars in front of me started reversing to leave. Sat an additional 7 at the speaker waiting for someone to say ANYTHING to me, even to “please hold,” but got nothing. Pulled up to the window hoping to be helped there and still nothing. Had a mobile order so I was charged for food I never got. No one is available to help for a refund either. Always the worst McDonald’s in this part of town.

They have messed up our order so many times! Just earlier we ordered two meals off doordash and both the drinks were wrong and the two large fries weren’t there either. And not only that, my parents went there and they tried overcharging them TWICE on two seperate occasions. We pay way too much to come here and be screwed over. We will NEVER be coming here again.
