I work near this location and due to the convenience and deals available on the app, I often will order during my shift. On two separate occasions I’ve ordered for curbside pickup and waited 40+ minutes to get my order, and had to go inside to ask for my order. The employees always avoid eye contact and I don’t blame them because more often than not, all of the customers are infuriated. Corporate needs to come in and overhaul this location because the service is consistently slow, often get my orders wrong, and the restaurant is dirty. It’s awful.

The drive thru lady is rude and we wait for long time for someone to take our order. The fries is cold, bread is hard, and missed 1 items in the bag. We called the manager, they keep hang up from us and not addressed the problem appropriately.

Some of the most rude employees I’ve ever encountered. The young girl that cashed me out at the drive through just said “Bethany?” I replied what? She said “Bethany” with a snarky tone and snotty look on her face. I said No, I just ordered a McFlurry, they didn’t ask for my name. She rolled her eyes and then says “5.72” I handed her a $10 bill and said I have the change as I did so. She replied “too late.” I said I’m sorry? She says again “it’s too late.” I’m not one for confrontation.. so I just said okay…. And trailed off. She then says “Unless you don’t want your change.” I told her “no, I want my change. I was just trying to get rid of my other change” she hands it back and closes the window in my face. Asked to speak to a manager at the next window and a young kid comes up. He says “what’s the problem?” I asked if he was the manager- he said “no but I’m in training.” I explained the situation to him all while he acted like he could care less and just wanted to end the conversation. FIX YOUR STAFF. YOU NEED TO TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE AND MANAGERS SHOULD BE THERE TO HANDLE ISSUES AND COACH EMPLOYEES!!!! I used to work in food service as a MANAGER and anyone would have been written up for a situation like this, plus I would have been the one to handle a customer complaint. All for a melted McFlurry…

I was not properly rung up in the drive thru, and it was a huge hassle to get the food I ordered. I wasn’t given a receipt and my food was cold. The manager was rude about the whole issue trying me like I was trying to scam them when it was her employee that didn’t do their job. The manager should have been wearing a headset and heard me order my food. Cold cheese sauce on my bacon jalapeno QPC. And they were out of bacon.

Do you guys even really try anymore? Nearly every single time I’ve come here my order has been incorrect, messed up in some way, or multiple items were missing, usually waiting 15-20 minutes just to get my order and have it be wrong then have to wait another 10-15 minutes to get it fixed.

This place needs help! Multiple visits there and it’s crazy every time. This particular time, I ordered off of the kiosk and took a table tent, as it instructed me. After sitting at my table waiting for at least 15 minutes, I finally took the table tent up to the counter and asked if my order was ready. The lady started looking around, grabbed a bag that was sitting there, and handed it to me. I reminded her that I also ordered an orange juice. She went to get that. While waiting for that, I looked in the bag she had handed me. It wasn’t my order. I told her when she brought the OJ, and she asked me what I had ordered. I showed her the table tent that went with my order, and it was like she had no idea what the connection was. So I told her I had ordered the breakfast burritos. Her response: we don’t have breakfast burritos. I pointed to the menu behind her. The lights started to come on, but then she asked: was it one or two burritos? They come as two on the menu, but by now I was starting to doubt myself. I told her I thought I had ordered the 2 burritos. Her response: don’t you have your receipt? Since I had ordered off of the kiosk, the receipt had been emailed to me; there was no paper receipt. She finally got them for me and left the original bag with me as well. The whole ordeal took about 1/2 an hour by the time I got my food. Not exactly “fast food.”

Scammed. Don’t go here. Refused to cancel my online breakfast order after 40 minutes waiting (I was late to work because of this too). I called back later and they said if I don’t pick it up within 2 hours I won’t be charged. Nope I got charged $11 and had to leave and not get my food because there were STILL 20+ orders ahead of mine. They still charged me and I will be bouncing the charge through my bank. Negative stars.

An underage black girl felt entitled to threaten a customer because she was a minor. She thought because a senior asked for an order, they did not need what they asked for. Whatever happens to the McDonald’s slogan, that child should not be working; it’s nice to know McDonald’s would rather lose customers. She threatened violence because she felt being a minor was untouchable, yet the 911 call recorded the threats to yell out. Nice to know McDonald’s hired Minor on the great need for an attitude adjustment.

Don’t expect much. Waited almost 40 minutes for food (2 adults, 5 children). They lock the bathroom doors due to the homeless, but you also can’t get napkins, condiments, etc. without asking. Got water for a happy meal. Asked for a cup to pour the water in for a toddler, that was too much for them to comprehend. Missed a sprite on the order, went up to order it. Handed them cash, couldn’t make change (they ended up keeping it)
