There are 2 pickles stuck dried to the glass window. Flys everywhere in the dining area at least. All the flavors at the fountain drink machine were flat. No ketchup in the dispenser. My burger meat was overcooked. The burger I did order with extra pickles and onions came with 1 pickle and no onions. Had friends with me from out of town and got let down quite a bit. Not going to lie. Won’t be returning.

Some of the staff are friendly and pretty helpful but some are not so much. The place is not kept very clean and I usually have to clean my own table and seat or try to get an employee’s attention (they don’t pay much attention to the front counter) to ask for a cleaning. I used to come here on a frequent basis but not anymore since it’s gotten worse. All of the “healthier” items (grilled chicken, yogurt, egg white delight, salads) were removed from the menu long ago making it nearly impossible to eat here and not gain weight. There seems to never be a time where something isn’t broken or unavailable at this location. That being said, the worst problem of all is the freezing cold lobby. It’s impossible to sit here for more than twenty minutes without a coat on. Even with two shirts and a jacket, after thirty minutes I’m shivering! When I asked about the heat, I was told “it’s on but the windows make it cold.” Really?! So, in order for a restaurant to not be bitterly cold, there can’t be any windows?! Okay. Finally, the sign outside advertises an item that isn’t even available and isn’t returning. The owners obviously don’t care about the patrons at all so I suggest avoiding this location.

Food was good but bad service compared to all other McDonald’s I’ve been to. Didn’t have anyone working the register when I came in so I had to use self service kiosk. Then instead of bringing my food to me like all other McDonald’s they called me to come get it… shoot I might as well have made my own food to. Also they are still not using trays for dine in, inconvenient. Sure these things aren’t a huge deal, but when all other McDonald’s provide these services then it makes this experience pretty low quality, even for McDonald’s.

Braj sorry to be a complete Karen BUT I ordered a bacon egg cheese mcgriddle & i got SOLELY the patty I live 15m away (as do half the people in this town) so i didnt notice until i got home. I was SO LIVID i drove 15MINUTES back into town to get my whole Mcgriddle & they DENIED my request!! They gave me a coupon for a free breakfast sammy at any of their 3 surrounding locations after that date a whole joke!! Do not go here they suckkkk. Poor service. Food was not hot but not cold. Of course the ice cream machine wasn’t working. Dining room wasn’t filthy but wasn’t clean either. I counted at least 5 or 6 workers. Garbage in all 3 cans was overflowing.
