Have waited over 16 minutes inside for a frappe and 2 soft drinks. When I came in last night for my frappe they put old warm whip cream on the top and then became angry when I asked them to remake it stating “it’s over a hundred degrees in here” when clearly the whip cream container had been sitting on the counter when it’s supposed to be in the small cooler. They also just tried to hand me not even a full frappe, and again when I asked them to remake it when she handed it to me she said rudely “here you go” I will be contacting their head company

I went in for some ice cream cones with my kids. When we went to use the bathroom, there was feces all over the place. I could tell that the place was way understaffed and all the workers were running to get orders out. The workers needed more help to keep up with the work they had. They were kind and did a good job with what time they did have. This falls on the owners of this location to properly staff their store. Sales cure problems and you can’t meet potential sales by shortcutting labor.

I made an online order I showed my receipt from my online order and they couldn’t find it in their system and then they made me wait 20 minutes and made me late for work because they couldn’t just give me my order. I even had to call the manager on the phone just to get my order. I waited 25 mins!!!!

It really sucks waiting 20 mins for my food and for it to be cold. It really seems like they just don’t care about curbside orders. I could have gotten over it if this was the first time but it’s not. They gave me the excuse that they were understaffed last time which I can understand but tonight they had a full staff without question and didn’t have anything to say but here’s your food. Their prices go up and their quality of service goes downhill I don’t get it.

McDonald’s is unprecedented in its sameness everywhere. It is as if, like electrons, they are indistinguishable from one another. This is due to their consistent use in the time space continuum as portal transfer points. Travelers from other times and other dimensions need to be reassured by the sameness of their surroundings. As a result they will enter one McDonald’s and then instantly transfer to another. It works seamlessly. This explains the strange and unusual characters that one often seen entering and leaving McDonald’s.

My family and I came in for a quick bit to eat from a quinceañera Mass down the road. Horrible service waiting like 15 minutes just to be acknowledge to order. Another 20 minutes to be served. Our food was cold and chicken not cooked correctly. The lobby was dirty, table and floor has trash. The employees were wearing there uniforms nor had gloves on when making the food. I would never have my store in these conditions and customers wait for rude employees to take orders. This experience was an complete joke. Need to focus on doing better for the establishment.

Went there today for lunch. They got my order all wrong and I got 2 colas and 1 Dr Pepper and they didn’t even mark the drinks. One of the burgers I ordered was supposed to have no cheese which was a quarter pounder and then 2 bacon quarter pounders and instead they gave me one bacon and 2 quarter pounders.
