It’s the standard McDonald’s fast food restaurant. The service is great, the food and atmosphere exactly what you’d expect from McDonald’s. My complaints are about the app. I’ve had it take my points without allowing me to complete my order. I don’t use the app all anymore, since it’s constantly telling me that I have an order in progress and won’t go past that point. I’ve never made an order that I didn’t pick up. I used to pay automatically with the app as well. So much for their idea of convenience!

I told her I didn’t get my food she showed someone me receipt then questioned me more about if I have or haven’t received my food. I have a good allergy to onions and all I asked them to do was please change their gloves before making my food and they refused to serve me because they didn’t want to do that. This is twice now they have done this to me. It’s not hard all you have to do is change your gloves. This restaurant is poor for customer service.

McDonald’s is getting worse as time goes on. It seems the burgers are getting thinner and thinner. Shrinkflation I guess . It’s now to the point that McDonald’s costs almost as much as eating at a more traditional restaurant. However, for whatever reason, McDonald’s does have the best soda.

Went for breakfast. The employee who took the order was rude and spacey when I was telling him what we wanted. When we got our food somehow the cheese was completely stuck to the paper and actually ripped the paper when I tried to pull my breakfast sandwich off.
