ZERO STARS!!! Took 15 minutes to serve our meal. We had only a party of 3. I saw the workers just laughing and talking to each other while we stood there waiting for our food. I don’t have high expectations for fast food places but this one was so horrible and needs to be held accountable. The poor excuse of a “manager” didn’t even apologize for the wait. Just placed the food down on our table and walked away. I asked for a milkshake or something for the long wait, she chuckled said “No” and just walked away (I worked for McDonald’s and we ALWAYS apologized and compensated for the customer’s wait with a shake, pie or some kind of dessert). She also only gave us only 2 cups with our order. I went back to the counter to ask for the 3rd cup and she told me I only get 2 cups, I had to repeat mysef that we ordered 2 meals and 1 drink on the side. She finally gave me the 3rd cup that we purchased. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY COMING HERE. The party of 12 that came in after us left because I told them they’re going to have to wait even longer than us and the service sucks. Dirty facility, tables were not even clean, sloppy cold food, and TERRIBLE customer service! The manager Christina needs to be retrained or demoted.

Waited 40 minutes for my pickup order. I went inside to try to get a refund, and every person in this store acted like I was invisible. Not a single person spoke to me. I tried calling multiple times to cancel my order at this point, but of course the phone was busy. When I was inside it looked like one of the employees was just chatting on the phone with a friend. Which explains why the phone was busy. When my food finally came out, the order was wrong. I didn’t get what I paid for, and everything was stale and cold. Worst McDonald’s trip ever.

The manager in this location is a jerk! Absolutely no customer service. We had 3 free meal cards that we won to use as a family. Cards clearly say one meal per person per visit. We had 3 people… yet he thought it was more appropriate to try to fight us and rudely say we could only use one. We didn’t want to deal with it so we just left. Then we went to another McDonald’s and they had no issue validating our prize meal cards since we had 3 people. Awful customer service and very rude manager

We have been to this McDonalds many times and every time we leave saying, “we are never going back to this one again.” This time, we are serious that we would rather drive to the one near the District than have terrible wait times and service. You will always ways 20 min or more and usually the food is thrown in the bag and is a mess, but you have to check because they always forget something. On top of that, the food is just so so compared to other McDonalds. The manager really needs to do something about their store. And this time, we for sure are no longer buying from this McDonalds.
