This McDonald’s probably needs new management they are so unorganized. The leadership I just witnessed wasn’t leadership at all instead of coming to help their employee at the front she was cackling in the back and ignoring customers. There’s no way a mobile order should show its ready for pickup if it isn’t even prepared yet. Hopefully the managers can get more customer service training

Everytime we have been to this location of McDonald’s we always get bad service. Rude workers. Customer service is a loss cause. My husband talked to the manager 2 times. We honestly believe the management do not care as well. It’s not like we’re trying to get people fired, but at least talk to your co-workers to your staff about how to give good customer service. At least fake the funk. So we no longer will go to this McDonald’s.

I was in the bathroom this morning and an employee was also using the bathroom and a manager (I assume) came in and started yelling her name as if she had been in there forever it had literally been a few minutes. I will definitely make sure corporate knows how this location treats their employees. It is ridiculous a poor girl can’t use the restroom without being yelled at. The girl was in tears when she came out. It makes me so angry that she was treated this way. Usually when I see her she is smiling. The manager needs a lesson on how to treat people!

Ordered and paid through the mobile app. They were out of 4 items, and directed me to request a refund through the app. The McDonald’s mobile app team says that the store is supposed to give me the refund. Now this store won’t answer their phone, and I cannot get my money back.

Anytime I’ve ever made the mistake of coming here it’s a 30 minute drive thru experience if no one is in line. I suppose I deserve it but for your sake skip this location and go to any other McDonald’s. This one is subpar for fast food and that’s saying something.

Drive thru ordered and paid for one McChicken sandwich THEN WAITED 25 minutes for them to bring it out to us, but since they never brought it, had to go inside to get the sandwich!! Had to wait in line to tell them.

I went to McDonald’s to have lunch with a friend. I ordered a Bacon McDouble; medium fries; a mango and pinapple smoothie; and (2) apple pies. The food was good. I just wish it were a lot hotter in temperature as it seems the food was not really warm more like moderate temperature. This seems to be the case at a lot of fast food restaurants though. The service was good as I ordered at a kiosk and got my food from a worker there. The worker even had the where with all to put a straw on my tray for my smoothie. Thank you.

I never complain about restaurants but this one seriously needs work. I ordered 2 big breakfast meals and the lady gave me a bag with a sandwich and I told her it wasn’t mine so I gave it back, then proceeded to tell her what I ordered and she had to confirm with the cashier that I payed (drive thru) because I didn’t get a receipt. After all this she still gave me the wrong order. I was in a hurry so I left. I got my pancakes but not even close to the correct meal and I’m sure what I got cost less than what I payed for. I’m sure the morning rush for breakfast is busy but they are more than capable of getting people the right food. The lady at the drive thru giving the food also seemed irritated and unhappy to be there. McDonald has been around for so long and personally I’ve only ever liked their breakfast but if this happened all the time I’d probably go back and throw my sandwich at the window and never returned. Please get it together!

Not only did they lie and try to say they dont serve lunch at eleven but you cant even get refills. Im guessing both of these are not bwcause you cant but because theyre just to lazy to do either. What mcdonalds doesnt serve lunch at 11? A awful place. Someone called it a prison mcdonalds. A real awful store dont go. Theres a taco bell down the street. Id give negative stars if i could. No one cares its obvious. Ruined my lunch.
