This is normally one of the best McDonald’s in the area, I frequent this store a few times per week. Today, I had to repeat my drive thru order 3 separate times, and when asked for my order a fourth time, I told the drive thru person no thank you, and waited in line until I could leave. While reviewing my banking account…there was a post from this restaurant at 720 am…for 27 dollars plus some change. Almost 6 times the amount my order would have come to. I hope they simply reverse the mistake.

The food is the food. It is what it is. what I don’t understand is why the food can never come out fast. They build two lanes for the drive-through to handle more volume and more orders. Yet no matter how much more efficient this may make them, they always put a sticker on your window and send you around to park.

The kid behind the counter (something that started with an M maybe?) was insanely upbeat, friendly, patient, and helpful! He took our large order with several special requests, and everything came out perfect. So shoutout to the line staff also! And the kid working the counter was just as friendly with everyone.

Nice building, good location, quick service, above average food quality. Why the 1 star? There’s NO soda fountain in the sitting area (only in the kitchen). Want a refill? You have to ask, and they get a new cup every time, which seems extremely wasteful. I waited about 8 minutes today just to get a refill. Ridiculous. I’m not sure why they made the decision not to have a soda fountain in the seating area (maybe make it so inconvenient that their soda usage drops which boosts profit?) but it would be nice if they added one.

New location for McDonald’s. It has double drive through lanes and a smart double pickup window in the drive through to help speed up orders. It’s McDonald’s so I’m only going here for a cheat meal. Employees seem nice and haven’t messed up my order yet. So far so good for fast food.

It’s one of the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. They don’t open on time, you don’t get what you ordered, and the quality is terrible, you CAN ONLY ORDER 2 MEALS IN THE DRIVE THROUGH! Anything else and they will tell you to go through again! I cannot wait until this one is closed down. Worst thing to show up in my neighborhood. The McDonald’s I go to that gives me bad food gets a 3 star, the one with good food and bad service get’s a 3 star. This one fails all around. I hope it gets closed down or taken over by a company worth eating at! A complete embarrassment to the neighborhood

I went inside to order my drink because the drive-thru was very busy. I waited for someone to take my order because I was using cash. The lady came up to the register and told me I would have to order off of the kiosk, print the receipt and bring it up to the register for her to charge me. It took her longer to tell me that then it would for her to take my order. Which was a large Coke. McDonald’s in general is headed DOWN HILL. The dining area is cold and uninviting. The soda machines are behind the counter along with the water dispenser. They have control of refills and waste by using a new cup each time. There’s nothing special about this company any longer. I miss the old micky D’s

This is the worst McDonald’s ever. Asked to read back order and was told I got it. After 10 minute wait had cold not warm but cold fries. They cashier at first window was so rude. Should have known. After I paid I had to ask for receipt. And no straws and no kid meal drink. I will never go back to this place. Trust me worth the drive to go to another McDonald’s.
