i asked one of your managers if u were hiring the other day. he tells me “uhhhhhh i don’t know, you can try coming to our hiring event” so that’s what i did. i showed up at exactly 8 AM and i asked about the event when i showed up and the lady at the register just gives me this confused look and goes “uhhhhhhh no” ???? thanks for wasting my time, nobody knows what’s going on. why do you even have a sign out front if you aren’t even hiring????

Ordered a lot of food, got home and I’m missing 2 cheeseburgers and two hot n spicys. I called to tell a manager if I can pick up the missing items and if I can get a large fry for the inconvenience. Since I live 10 minutes away from the McDonald’s. He told me that was too much free food to give out??? Well, I was missing too much food to forget. I want to be contacted to either get a refund and my food that is missing.

When you sit at the tables and place a table order via the App. It is expected for your order to be taken to you. This location didn’t pay attention to the big 109 table number on their ticket. I am not sure if it was a Mngr or Supvr, but she yelled out large coffee twice and left it at the pickup area. I waited a few minutes walked over and realized it was my table order. Why have table service as an option, if it’s being treated as pickup? Smh

We came in for breakfast me and my fiancé and ordered 1 sausage McMuffin meal and 2 sausage McGriddles. They charged us for extra sausage which was fine we let them know we did not want that. They then gave us 2 McGriddles with no egg and no sausage just a slice of cheese… okay then blew my fiancé off when he asked for it to be corrected. We never asked for a refund just for our food to be correct. They never even offered to take the extra 5 dollars we were charged for extra sausage off.Not a very great experience to say the least.

Unfortunately very disappointing. Waited over 30 minutes for our food and no acknowledgement of the situation by anyone. No apology, and only admitting that our order got deleted. Quarter Pounders have become crazy too salty, and on top of everything else their ice cream machine was not working. It’s also a little annoying that they give to go bags with every order even though they ask for here or to go. Terrible experience and won’t be back. It’s one thing to be slow, but zero customer service is not acceptable.

Why is it so difficult for a company to make sure that you get what you order, so I go to ge something to eat and when I ge to the window they try to give me something that I didn’t order, after I have to say over 3 times that not mine I get my food and then I drive all the way home and I told myself to look in the bag and I did not. Then I come to find out that don’t have my hashbrowns are missing so I drive back to get them and once again I should have looked in the bag and now I don’t have syrup and so I call and the manager that answered the phone asked me if I came to there location umm why would I be calling you if I did not and then she says that they don’t forget anything and they are really good at that, um well you did this time so. Then se says come back and we will give you free food that not what I want I want it to be right when I come there so I don’t have to not want my food, just get it right the first time
