It’s a simple item but it was for my son so I expected the McDonald’s quality. It was subpar at best. It was only a single cone but when I say that iish was mehhh it wasn’t a swirl tower it was mushed down and soupy. Literally went to another McDonald’s 15minutes away and the single cone was Immaculate! So I know this location was not performing at McDonald’s standard level.

I asked for a fish filet with extra cheese, a large fry and a deluxe crispy chicken with cheese. Waiting for the chicken full time no problem. I get home and it’s no extra cheese on my fish filet actually had bacon. The crispy chicken didn’t have cheese yet was charged for it. Otherwise the food was good but I see now that I have to take apart my food before I drive off.

Ordered a Big Mac. When I opened the box the burger was a bit deconstructed. The pickles weren’t even bothered to be placed in the burger and it was missing quite a bit of sauce. I went back to let them know. I thought, give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe they were really rushing, so I didn’t have an attitude toward them. Before I could finish, the gentleman (not sure if he was the manager) told the lady at the counter to just make another one. I did get another one, but I could Bearly hold it in my hands. I think the lady making it didn’t like the idea of remaking another one and slapped all the sauce she could on my burger, oops! I posted some pictures of the burger. I’m not usually a picky person. I just wanted to enjoy a nice Big Mac. Maybe I’ll just stay away from that location. It did irritate me that I couldn’t enjoy my burger in the end. The salad I ordered for my husband was fine at least, lol!

They share a restroom with the gas station. On said restroom door it states “women only”… My wife and I were entering the restroom and the gas station attendant yelled at her to stop and said, “women only”. My wife is definitely a woman, she just dresses like a “tom boy” and keeps her hair very short. It was rude and embarrassing.
