Alrighty, so twice have I bought from here since the new renovations. I dont know why, but both times did they shorthand me by giving me less coffee and making it up by adding more whipped cream. And not long ago, the smoothie wasn’t filled all the way as it always is. I’m not too why, maybe they didnt measure the ingredients correctly and decided not to try again or add more, but twice in a row. I’m sure others have probably dealt with the same thing. Not cool, guys. I never had this problem before the renovations or at any other location, so I’m not too sure what their problem is. I may not come back though, and I’ll just go to a different location.

I ordered a cheeseburger with Big Mac sauce. They gave me a dry burger with nothing on it but cheese. I went inside to get the burger exchanged for what I ordered and stood there for 32 minutes before they gave me the cheeseburger with Big Mac sauce. The rest of the food that I ordered was cold by then. Everyone that works there is rude and careless. The workers we’re going back and forth to a vehicle drinking something. That whole entire crew needs to be retrained, including the manager.
