This location looks like they’re trying but a lot of room for improvement. Still not allowed to dine in; the AC works fine but that’s is the reason they are telling customers that they can’t dine in. I gave up on the drive thru and today decided to go in to see if it was the same service as the drive thru experience. They gave my usual 1 sausage egg McMuffin with a large coffee very quickly. Maybe because I was taking pictures inside but guess what? My cream and sugar was not included in my coffee. I wish there was more positive to say about this new location but I have yet to have 1 good experience since they’ve opened. The struggle is really hard for these workers but after today I give up on this one. The location on 99th and lower buckeye is farther, but worth it for friendly faces in the morning (they look mad at this location always) and accuracy on your order.

Edit: Received call from a Judy on 3/11 and wasn’t able to answer. She did leave a voicemail with her phone number. I returned the call and also left a voicemail and have yet to receive a call back. Not a huge deal, but customer service goes a long way.

As someone who has worked at a fast food restaurant it’s always pleasant to have someone take your order in a friendly way over the drive thru speaker as most cashiers tend to make it sound as an inconvenience that you’re there. However today Armani assisted and took a my order and definitely made the visit pleasant. Thank you Armani for your assistance!

I’m having a hard time believing in 15 dollar minimum wage after seeing the service at this McDonald’s. I also believe the manager cannot manage and train properly and thus should be given a different job. We walked in to see many people waiting for there breakfast orders (it was now 11 and only serving lunch now). We had to call someone to the register to take our order after standing and waiting for 5 mins. We waited another 5 minutes for our order. But, what was the kicker, is the customers that had been in here before us (the ones that ordered breakfast) were still waiting for there food. They did not recieve their food for another 10 to 15 minutes after us, causing them a wait time of 40 minutes for their food. This is totally unexceptable customer service. Also, the layout of this McDonald’s is not the traditional layout and I believe has causes a major issue with productivity and customer service. I will never return to this location and maybe to McDonald’s at all if this is the new way of customer service for the company.

I’ve been here maybe 6 times since they’ve opened, and never had an issue. Twice early in the morning before work, the rest around lunch or dinner. Food has always been accurate and warm. Knocking off a star just because the first time I came, the chicken nuggets didn’t taste that great, but I assume it’s because there’s a learning curve when a place is brand new. The cheeseburgers have been really good. I figure people only leave reviews with awful or amazing experiences, here’s a normal ‘it’s fine, it’s fast food’ review.

When I order at the drive thru I always have to double check my bag. I had 2 bad experiences where a couple items were missing. I drove back and was able to get my items missing, but they need to pay closer attention to this. No one wants to drive back for items they are missing.

Went in a few days ago. I came in and witnessed the manager vulgarly yelling at her employees, and treating them with no respect. She’s causing a commotion rather than attending the customers, complaining about how the labor is high. People like me go there to get food, not to hear managers complaining. Prior to that I was already waiting there for two burgers for 20 minutes.. I went to the front counter to ask about it, and not one employee had attended me as I waited. I got my food finally and just left because I had been there long enough. I got home, this was my burger.. never again… whoever owns this franchise, do better..

No receipt after breaking a hundred dollar bill regardless where is my receipt …dark brown fries (cold) Daniel who I spoke with , where is the supervision…. Bunch of kids!!!!!!! I do like it better than McDonald’s on Lower Buckeye and 99th. The food is better and is usually fresh. But last night we had to wait in the drive-through. because a Manager wanted to talk to people in a car for about 3 to 5 mins she knew, so our food was not warm by the time we ended up getting it. The food would have been great If we would have gotten it when we should have.

Your self ordering kiosks are great, I can order what I want/need. I stay away from sugar and bread, so it makes it convenient for me to order a McDouble no ketchup and no bun. Seems easy, right? But here are the orders I have had to have corrected: 1st time – I received just the bun, redo it, now it’s with a bun and ketchup, no redo it again, I had to yell it to the cook in Spanish, but still put in the bun. 2nd time – I received no bun, only 2 patties with mustard, no cheese, no pickle, no onions. 3rd time – And today I decided no bun must be hard for them to understand, so I put no ketchup and I received meat, cheese and lots of ketchup, no pickle, mustard or onion, so I threw away the bun soaked in ketchup, but that’s a bun that you guys could have saved money on. Are your employees illiterate or low IQ or do they intentionally mess people’s orders up. Your female Hispanic crew leader/manager that hardly speaks any English, could not understand what no bun meant, so I opened up the burger and took the bun off, put it on the counter, told her it was easy, no bun means no bun. It’s irritating to pay money for something and get absolutely the worst service and there’s no comprehension from the crew. I won’t be back. You guys are definitely the WORST McDonald’s ever!
