I was very disappointed to be told by the employee working the drive thru the grimace shakes where no longer available and they were only available the month of June. Even though clearly they were still promoting shake. My 6 year old son worked very hard today to earn money to buy the Birthday shake on his own. The no stars is for the employee at the drive up window that was rude and had a attitude when I even asked about the shake.

The drive thru lines are very long and wrapped around the parking lot in all different directions. Food service is slow and food quality is not the best unless you ask for special food orders the food is warm – cold.

Visited at 10 pm drive was restricted to 1 lane. Had ordered ahead on the app and was told when I got to the window they would bring out my order to park in front. Waited over 20 min and my order was not correct. Had to go inside to have them fix since drive was backed up around the block. They fixed but by then my drink was flat my fries/nuggets were cold. I was going to have them fix all of it again but even with a ton of staff they were so disorganized it wouldn’t have made things better. 3rd time I have visited late at night and my order and timing were a catastrophe. I will stick to coming here for breakfast that seems to be the only time they have it together.
