Terrible service, even late at night!! Order is often wrong and food is often cold and/or of poor quality!! Unfortunately, I end up at McDonald’s frequently and it doesn’t matter if I go via the drive thru, order on the app for pick up or go inside, it’s all the same, very very poor service and poor quality food (even worse than you would expect from fast food)!!!

The customer service is extremely poor at this location. The “manager” Francine Silvas who is 15 yrs old should be demoted back to a training facility. To relearn how to provide proper customer service. Whether a customer pays in store or on the mobile app is still a paying customer and should be refunded the same if they are unable to provide the item that was purchased. It’s ridiculous that I have to go through customer support to get this issue resolved because she has very basic fast food skill and was unable to give me MY money back. This location isn’t clean. I’ll be in contact with the better business bureau and the health department. This McDonald’s should have been replaced by another food company when they almost burned down the whole Walmart store a few years ago because it has definitely been on a decline in service since then. Can’t wait for their lease to be up so Charley’s can take their place !

I love me some McDonald’s fries. Recently, instead of preparing dinner I thought it would be fun just to have burgers; and what better place than my favorite fries place. Big mistake. The young lady that assisted me did an excellent job of up-selling me. However, she absolutely screwed up my order. I had gotten all the way home before I realized that this is all wrong and I had not been given all the food that I paid for. I went back to the store and to cover her self she had created a total new receipt to match the screw up. Luckily, the Manager saw thru her deceit. I mean why would she have two receipts for the same order and what I’m saying matches the receipt you are insisting that she not look at. This was her attempt correct the order. It has ruined me for McDonald’s for a while. Oh, my food was cold by the time I could eat it.
