Twice in 7 days my wife and I bought a basket of fries. They were not even warm. I had to put them in the microwave when we got home. Let’s get it together. People pay good money for their food. It’s bad enough that you have raised the prices and the size has shrunk. Customers deserve I heck alot better quality in their food.

If you want to be treated poorly, pay extra for food that you don’t get, and the food you do recice isnt what you ordered and tastes like it’s 2 days old……Go to this McDonald’s. Out of the locations that I know in Bosque Farms Belen and two of these locations here in Los Lunas of McDonald’s this is by far the best one that you can get good customer service and I have never waited on my meals for my family and I or ever got bad customer service and they’re so friendly here but I couldn’t always say that but now I could say that and their Foods always made better now so I don’t know what happened before it was really gross and greasy but now it’s not that greasy and drive-throughs always a zip through

Poor internet when you’re at the curbside. Manager and curbside worker was very nice although I had to go in to get my order. Even after the girl asked me if we had made a order she walked up to the car and asked us and my order had been sitting in the restaurant the whole time. I’m not sure if it was the McDonald’s app that was messing up. Or if it was just something with that McDonald’s.
