We on this trip, stopped by mcd’s off route 66 in Gallup nm, I went in to order 2 Ice tea,the emp.was very nice to fine me a meal deal, I ask her questions. So after paying with my McDonald’s App they still tried to charge me again and they couldn’t get it to go through so the Male Supervisor working the window tells me I don’t have enough money in my account to pay for my meal. I had to show him my bank account showing him they took the money out. STILL HAD TO PAY TWICE FOR MY FOOD…. GALLUP MCDONALD’S ARE THE WORST FOOD CHAIN IN AMERICA!!! It took them 25 mins at the drive through to charge me twice…..

There fries are always cold an seem to be cooked after sitting out(fries expert,I love em). My burgers were thrown together I get it being busy but this was ridiculous, lettuce was soggy an bread dry just terrible, an the workers are rude makes you feel uncomfortable,sorry that was my experience.

Do not stop here, poor service, they get your order wrong, when you ask them what is missing or to request for condiments, they don’t bring out to you, you Wait and Wait and forgotten you keep asking workers about status of your order but they look at you as if they don’t know. The serving staff was very friendly. The food was good. Unfortunately, the dining area was absolutely deplorable. 5 employees were standing near the back door while not one single table was clean. The floor was covered in dirt and crumbs and the floor by the drink self serve area was sticky and wet. I was rather uncomfortable eating with all that filth around. I’m better off taking the short drive to the two nearby McDonalds.

The service was ok. That’s just it, ok. I made a mistake on an order, the coupon from my app wasn’t specific, so I ordered a particular item. Little did I know, it had several items on that order I did not want. By the time I got my order,I parked and looked in the bag. I had to take the bag back inside and see if I could exchange it with another order. I apologized to the staff for my misunderstanding. But when I asked for a refund and a different order, the young lady quickly gave me an attitude, handed my refund back and simply walked away. I was like, HELLO? I want to place the correct order. She just kept walking. I felt bad, but ok move on and let it be. I ended up flagging down a guy walking by. He was nice enough to take my order. I just told him I’m sorry and have a good day. As for the young lady, she didn’t even want to look at me. Guess it was too much for her. Idk. 2 no more.
