Mostly self help kiosk and one cashier, clean seating area. Modern design. We love McDonald’s and would have been 4 stars (compared to other chains) but the bathroom hand drier wasn’t working and they were out of paper towels. Not sure employees can wash and dry hands here. Don’t think that it just happened, the trash was over flowing in the men’s room. Hasn’t been checked in a while.

Modern McDonalds in Mesquite was very clean. Orders and payments are taken at kiosks. You get your number and collect your food when your number is called. All three food orders were correct and good. Comfortable inside booths. Tables also available. Clean bathrooms. This appears to be a newer McDonald’s with growing landscaping.

Didn’t like how you were forced to use the kiosk they make it difficult and especially when you’re using coupons. I paid the same price as my husband for a six-piece nugget as he paid for a 10-piece nugget. Weird. Just your normal nasty McDonald’s food. Not that great. The only reason McDonald’s is so popular is because everyone is in a hurry and lazy these days

It’s a common theme in mesquite. The only fast food restaurants open are 2 McDonald’s, who both choose to due system updates every night at both locations, so it seems. Because of the “System down” scenario, they are cash only, they do not offer a full menu, nor do they allow you to do mobile orders. None of this is advertised as indicated until you pull up to place the order. I understand that every point of sale system needs to be updated. It’s just crazy that it seems to happen every night in Mesquite. There is always some sort of hiccup, or reason that they can not offer full service. Late night hours during the week, slow, I get it! But on a Saturday night as they currently have 10 cars in the drive thru, as we sit patiently for 15 mins now. To pay for food. The time of this post is 3:00 am. I posted a pic of the line at 2:45. And I’m still 2 back… I’m not sure the reasoning. But it sucks to wait 25-30 mins for FAST FOOD!!!

Not only did it take 20 minutes to get my food. Then is was the wrong order the person in drive-thru has no idea what they were doing. Manager was extremely nasty when I asked for my money back when I call them on it that they gave me the wrong order. Will never eat at this McDonald’s ever again and I advise anybody else that sees this don’t eat there either they’re very nasty people up in Mesquite.

You can’t get anyone to take your order. They just tell you to use the machine then ignore you. Rude employees, they change your order without telling you. If they are out of something they don’t tell you and change your order and expect you to be happy with it. Customer service at McDonald’s is dead!!! No toilet paper or paper towels in bathrooms. When a woman was telling an employee about no toilet paper and a line of women waiting for bathroom, the employee just laughed and said “we will get to it” then ignored the lady and situation.

Went through drive-thru at 9pm on 7/3. If you have the nerve to charge $12 for a Big Mac meal, at least make sure it’s presentable and food is fresh! It was disgusting. Room temp burger with no “special sauce” and soggy old fries. They saw a chump at their window, unloaded what seemed like a day-old burger and fries that tasted like they were boiled in the same pot. Then probably laughed about it. I’ll never go back. I have the last laugh.

A lot of staffs, but not organized overall. Brought foods, with two missing items, but the server showed attitude when asking for two items. No ketchup, no napkins. Most importantly, spicy burgers seem re-warmed, not fresh at all. A few young staffs work hard, they earned two stars.
