The wifi is fast but went there twice and they stopped serving breakfast early. Both around 10:30am so if want breakfast come before 10am not 11am country wide standard. Even saw they had to reimburse a lady who ordered it online. Tables get cleaned ever so often as well restroom

Dine in area was clean. They have self ordering which I refuse to use. So I waited to be served which took a few minutes to be acknowledged. Food was hot and made to order. My only complaint was that the female working the drive thru was so loud that the dining room customers kept looking over at her in disbelief. It got so loud that I didn’t finish my sandwich. Before refilling my drink I told one of the other workers that the female employee was disrupting customers and that’s why I was leaving.

I am VERY PLEASED !!! This McDonald’s Location is PRISTINE !!! From the Entry Doors being Clean to the Lobby and Dining Room area as Well ! I was Greeted with a FRIENDLY “Good Morning” ! The Clerks (and Manager) we’re VERY COURTEOUS !!! The Food was HOT and FRESH !!! This is My First Visit to this McDonald’s Location and I WILL DEFINITELY be Coming Back !!!

for 3 months they’ve been getting orders wrong, small things like un sweet tea instead of sweet tea, putting toppings on burgers we asked for no toppings. today one of the girls working swore at me. i won’t be going back. i also saw a cockroach there about a week ago.

This is a great McDonald’s location. Always clean and has a refurbished PlayPlace. They even let us host a child’s birthday party at almost no cost. Now that we have moved, we talk very fondly of this specific location, because nothing else compares.

Placed my order in the mobile app. I was charged. I go to pick up my order they can not find it. I even spoke with the GM April and they would not give me food. I wasted my whole lunch break and didn’t eat. There was no help from the staff. They did not care at all. I want my money back… I want an apology and I want this lack of customer service to be addressed right away.

The staff member was extremely rude and come off in a discriminating way. I visited this store multiple times before and I was never charged an upgrade fee for apple juice when using my points at this particular store. Last time when I visited this store the staff charged me an upgrade fee for the apple juice and I asked why i would be charged a fee when I’m using my points and besides that I was never being charged before. They first said they do not know then said apple juice. This never happened before at this store and any other store. The black lady come off in a rude way and with horrible customer service. Today, I encountered the same issue again. I explained to the staff that the issue is not about the price itself. I used my points for this and why would I being charged. What’s the point of redeeming the points then? Also, they weren’t charging before now all of the sudden they do and without even a reasonable explanation. Staff waived the fee. Later when I was waiting for the food. The so called GM approached me in a discriminating way and said they always do charge a fee and maybe I was not at this store before. I said that’s not right and I’ve coming to this store for the last year. She said again other store might have not charged but they have for the last 5 years. She started talking down to me and she was very rude and disrespectful. Another young guy on my side offered if they needed help since he plays baseball and the crew started laughing and joking with him about me. I was not yelling at the time. They started getting aggressive and ask me to leave the store and the young guy pointed middle finger to me. I asked for GM name and employee number and she stated “you are going to leave my store without any of those information. Feel free to report me. I am the general manager of this store”. They would greet and smile to any other customer but just not to Asian people. What a discrimination store. The GM said she is also Asian but that doesn’t mean there’s no discrimination. Especially when the black lady manager started smirking on her side. They started video taping me on their personal cell phone when I said I’m going to call metro. Also said that I’m trespassing. When I had asked for a copy of the receipt, the whole crew ignored me and would not provide me a copy. This store is the worst I’ve ever been to before and I would not visit ever again in my life!!!! It was a lot of fun and it was very clean the staff was very nice and made a nice recommendation for my daughter. She enjoyed her ice cream and so did I. We had to wait between doctors appointment and she was able to play and have fun and no one bothered us.

Revised review, I have no idea who the morning Manager is, but she is as rude and unprofessional as you can get in the service industry. The lady in front of me had a Hash brown missing in her order , she snatched the bag and receipt from her. Dug through the bag saw it was missing went and grabbed the hash brown threw it in the bag , then threw the bag back at the customer never apologizing or saying anything. I then asked her how long my order was going to be as i was already waiting 15 minutes, that’s right FIFTEEN minutes. Her response, I will get to it when I get to it. Refund and left and never going back as long as that horrible person is still working there.
